To be fair it is the only one of the games to have crimes in progress giving it more to do once you beat all the side content than any other arkham game if you think about it

That's Arkham Origins, so you can do that. To change suit you need to fast travel in the Batcave. Just before stairs leading to batcomputer turn camera right.
