I don't know a lot about fashion, but it seemed so many of the jackets were over-sized boxes in great material. ....and we get it, they want to advertise their branding, but the ghetto necklaces and belts were just too much.
Maybe there should not be another season.

Likewise! I'm surprised to see that it was apparently a miss w/so many others. Personally, I found the unapologetic use of pastels at once nostalgic & ironic, so I think it's a fun collection and resonated with its vibe. (Also the red re-issue doubles down on the nostalgia & I look forward to seeing it in real life).
I'm glad for the retro, glam & femininity. I like the refined lines of the basic black stuff. Doable !!

I like music But you can still remain classic yet modern at the same time. Chanel’s clothes have been matronly and dated for the past several seasons now. It’s same old same old. Duh.

I don’t get the massive use of tweed, it doesn’t really fit the theme because it’s a very warm fabric
Karl is tired and doesn't know how to make clothes anymore. He just makes the same thing over and over again.
Tweed can be made in cotton. And, if you look closer, the weave is loose. Don't think that these bitches buying this stuff don't have air conditioners. Also, it might be warm in the northern hemisphere, but below the equator, it is Winter.
Its Chanel.....unfortunately, tweed is SO engrained in the house that you can't do a collection without it.

Amazingly beautiful. Not always practical for the heat of summer, but hey, it's haute couture and is, therefore, not designed to be practical. And who cares? Who can afford it anyway? I loved the whole collection, the setting, and the music. Very, very Chanel.

i like the relaxed feel of the clothes, so many details . the looser (but not too loose) pants some of the tunics and pants that yellow and lace dress (?). the double bags not so nice.
