Only exhaust valves the centre rocker operates the injector
it's a uniflow scavenging system, it uses a blower to expel the exhaust gases in the down stroke
Those are all exhaust valves. Intake is through the side, behind some covers.

It's 645. 567 is probably older version ? And probaly same engine parts, and similar engine parts. We have only 645 engines, 16 and 12 cylinder.
