Top marks on your five points. It bears repeating men sets and enforces the boundaries/ expectations in a serious relationship with a woman, exceptionally attractive or not.
One other boundary I would strongly recommend, setting a monetary budget for the relationship. Letting a woman know you EARNED your financial stability and it isn't from some professional contract is probably the best tests you can give to a woman to determine if she respects YOU and not a "lifestyle".

This could be way more simple of a process if you just show up as you are and build a connection. If there's something you like to do, just invite them to do it with you. If whatever you like is unreasonably a deal breaker to them, move on. Otherwise change, and make it work. People don't have to be exactly like you for a relationship to work. Instead of trying to change others, just find someone who actually has common values and matches your lifestyle.

No disrespect, but I have a different take. She shouldn`t feel pressured to behave a certain way. If her behaviour doesn`t agree with you inform her, but don`t be demanding. Also, don`t make demands on her that you don`t make on yourself. Be humble and honest. Perhaps the most important ingredient in a successful relationship is mutual respect. That includes self respect. It also includes seeing something in your partner that you yourself lack but respect. This does not mean unconditional adoration or that you put yourself below your partner, again you must have core self respect. This deep respect however I find is an important factor that helps to prevent one, when arguing, to be disrespectful and take harmful action towards your partner. This in turn gives yourself more self respect, and boosts your sense of selfworth, which makes you more attractive, and so it goes on. This is the way both you and your partnership keeps growing stronger and healthier as time goes by. Respect yourself, and your partner. If you or your partner cannot meet these standards in your behaviour towards each other, then you are probably not right for each other.

These rules are basically characteristics of a woman that reflect that of a high value man. Given that the guy already is a HVM. If not, that should be step one.

Think about where those type of men would socialize or hang out @lolabradley6548. Work on discernment so you identify which ones are the real deal and which ones are faking it. Look at memberships to elite social clubs, professional organizations in certain industries, etc. sometimes it’s things that cost money. If there is a social club where the membership fee is $5000 a year, there will be a different caliber of man there. Then once you’re in those types of places, be ready to compete with other women. The women there all understand what is at stake even if they don’t verbalize it. Hope this helps

I’d say it’s too late. It’s not fair to put all these rules on her all of a sudden.
I will give you some non-bullshit advice that you may not want to hear. It’s NEVER too late to try and implement things you want in a relationship. And your woman will probably accept quite a lot more guidance than you expect. However that being said there is such thing as a woman’s starting point. That is, when you first met her, how much of the good habits was she ALREADY invested in? Because if you start implementing these changes and things are going well, eventually there will be a rough patch in the relationship and she will “Snap back” to said starting point. Hamza has a really good video on this Rubber band effect. Search (Hamza unfiltered My ex slept with multiple men but I really want to get back with her) I know it may be hard to keep an abundance mindset especially with someone you love. Not saying you should break up with her but integrate this truth FULLY into your psyche or risk losing everything. Best of luck
