Using skirmisher on musket while right next to a ledge makes it so u don't get stunned from a fall as long as its within a certain window of time that you would normally be backflipping/dmg immune.

Why use skirmish over close combat?

Skirmisher has a stun/dmg immune when close combat doesn't + the increased distance of leap back allows you to play more risky. You can dodge db/pa ults with it.
