It doesn’t pay to have solar anymore. Here in Seattle up until a few years ago you could make upwards of $17k per year from the power company.
.77 per kWh I believe.
Now it’s like .04 per kWh
So the monthly payment for the equipment over 10 years is the same as paying for electric services.
And the panels are o my good for 10 years at best and need to be replaced.
That's why first solar is trading up high and enph is not. Thanks Katty.
