I have same model. Coming from a bike I find its locking system weird. Do you have to move the handle slightly clockwise every time you lock and unlock? Otherwise it won't work. Do I have a faulty lock or its normal?

You'll have to go with the tyre pressure recommendations that's pasted on the scooter. Our winters aren't that cold.
