Damn. That was freaking sweet. It had just a great build up within the first minute and a half, then proceeding to blow the hinges off. It gave the feeling of wandering the depths of Brinstar's red area. It made me feel like you are trudging through the humidity and heat, just trying to inch closer to your goal. Also, the solos were great, and contrasted nicely. Each had the distinctness of say, listening to Adrian Smith and Dave Murray or Warren Demartini and Robbin Crosby; the styles of both helped compliment the song with their contrast.
Great cover of Red Soil -- love the droning of the guitars in the beginning and the overall mood / atmosphere of the arrangement. Keeps some of the same mystique as the original. I keep coming back to this one again and again.
This song has such a devilish groove to it! Something so metal about it, but really under that, there's this nice comfy head bobbing-ness to it. The collab we all knew we wanted is finally here, and damn it feels good. :)
