There are several options I suppose, it could be cid's family, shadow garden, cid's friends, iris, Alexia rose and Sherry who react. But since I don't know if you know this anime, based on what I know you've already seen... I guess you could have some of the secondary tense characters react to the future, right? 1_ Hinata, Yuuki and shizu react to rimuru and the future. 2_ King gazel and his advisors (before meeting rimuru) could react to the future as well. 3_ Satoru Mikami's family could react to their son's life as rimuru Tempest. 4_ The kingdom of falmuth reacts to the future and its disappearance. 5_ Veldanava, Lucia and the other three true dragons react to the future. I think I overdid it a little, but those were the ideas that occurred to me suddenly haha
