But bro, it’s been two weeks since they ordered the part, and there’s still no update. Meanwhile, I can’t even use this laptop because it keeps crashing with blue screens out of nowhere. The worst part? I’m a programmer, bro. I can’t even save my work properly because the laptop keeps restarting suddenly. HP agreed it was a defective product, but what about the mental trauma I’ve been through? No compensation, just delays and excuses. Now they have given RGB 😢 Laptop is smooth and very nice for your daily tasks...(Recommended for college students for college softwares and gaming too) (Don't know about video editing and all, have never done )
