Awesome video. No sugar coating from Kyle here, bodybuilding is a true grind that requires absolute discipline. I’m still learning this and honing in on these ideals and hearing Kyle and Sebastian talking about them is really helping me to stop holding myself back and really apply myself regardless of circumstances.
Hey Kyle at the end of the podcast u said u think people might not want to see u featured as much as u are, but I really like the way u present ur info and carry urself, idk I just feel the care in ur voice, no glaze bs, love learning from u n fav bb podcast as always
Seb are you going to post training videos again, I liked those when you would show your training and then discuss a topic after from a couple years ago
Eventually. A lot of my training now revolves around rehabilitation stuff & specific focus so that I can get back to a place where I’m able to just fully train for bodybuilding. Boring stuff.
@@sebastianburka I miss the spiratic dbol pre workout bench amrap pr videos and the insane training intensity of your older videos; I still go back to them to get hyped before I train sometimes. Also, your life stories and personal experiences have helped me so much
My only problem with going insanely hard on legs and throwing up is injury. I’ve lost quite a bit of leg size from training legs that way, I’d hit legs only once a week, and eventually I got injured. That’s my only argument.
the guy that seb is talking about is yo from tiktok. it’s so funny because he literally has no clips of him working out and refuses to show his physique. 😂😂 because i guess right information is right information, the source shouldn’t matter ig
Thank you for still making these
Almost 50 episodes in!
Sir Kyle is just a cut above everyone else. Truly a gem of the industry.

After 18 years of lifting I don’t care what a study says or what I see online. If I wanna look like you, then I’ll train like you.
Phill is great and so smart, but the way Kyle speaks, I just love listening to him.
Watched this on my way up to college. Loved the video and content from you both

Awesome pod, in the end Kyle says he recommends a few books people read before getting into coaching, does anyone know what those are?
Amazing insight 🤔directed at all levels of lifters🏋🙌

Nice to see Kyle back on even though he’s coaching one of the best Bellybuilders in the world 😎 let’s see what he can do with that 🐢 turtleshell
Any advice on preventing tendonitis?
Avoid making large jumps in progression, keep things smooth & steady, always fully warm up, prioritize proper execution, adequate rest/recovery, hydration, diet & supplementation.
@sebastianburka thank you, much appreciated, I seem to be quite prone to it so I want to take as many precautions as possible
One time I trained too hard in one session and built too much muscle there in one day 💅🏻
Commenting just to comment. 👍

Too bad he knows nothing & is the epitome of dunning kruger. Anyone listening to that kid or people like him is hopeless
@@sebastianburkayeah true, it’s just funny because he literally has no credibility
What‘s that guys @?
Fix the smoke detector 😅
No. I'm just not trening hard enough.
