Does the exterior area should really be part of the total floor area even though they are not covered and same cost as interior or enclosed areas?
Thanks for your guidance.
Some practices require you not to include the service areas as floor area. This is why we always differentiate interior floor area (house) and exterior floor area (service). Some practices require you to include them, example: Zoning or Building Official Department, when declaring the total floor area of a said house, and this is why we declare total floor area as the sum of the two.

Following the above, is it safe to refer/calculate the estimated cost per sqm based on the interior areas only (ie @Php20k to 30k per sqm x area of interior space) to arrive at a sound budget because the service are do not have the same cost as the interior areas?

In the computation of 27,500 per sq.m. is this based on floor area or lot area?
Sorry po but I would say di masyado okay sa akin yung tiling, even pre viewing ur previous vlogs, especially the wood tile effect, feels like not aligned yung grain and it has big gap grout, nowadays uso na yung almost hidden grout, just observing lang po.
