- Hey everyone! I present to you 'In The Night,' my first-ever EDM progressive house track. For the best experience I recommend putting on some headphones 🎧. I hope you all enjoy it, and feel free to comment your thoughts down below.
This song has a bit of history associated with it. I actually produced this for a song-submission contest hosted by Oriental Star Music who were looking for a Chinese-EDM style song. Rather than making use of the full 1-month period they gave, I produced the entire song within 3 hours of the submission deadline (yikes - I should not have procrastinated 😅). Although I did not end up winning, I am still happy with the result, and during this process I learnt a lot of new techniques!
This song is not on streaming services, and is only available on my RUclips channel and SoundCloud

For this one, I started the drop by laying down some kicks in a 4/4 pattern and then play around with some random melodies. You build from there!
