I don't know why but pushing slow cars to their maximum ability is much more fun than just driving faster cars. I 'enjoy' driving much more that way. Revving little 1L 3 cyl always gives so much fun

Loved the "old Twingos" going beast mode. And a quick reminder for myself: Golfs are considered slow cars on Europe (here in Brazil Golf is considered a "sport car"... Please, stop laughing).

The Rover 800 made my day... easily the best thing I've seen. I wanna take one of those Rare RHD Caddilac Seville STSes on there one day (after the Northstar is Modified for reliability) perhaps even an LTI FX4 Black Cab.
The lower a car's limits are, the easier it is to reach them (and at slower, safer speeds!). And near/at the limit is where the most fun happens! My old 94 Celica (USDM so slow) was the same way, I still miss that thing

Did some work on it and it's been a absolute riot small and light weight is where the fun is I don't want big HP as less weight is more HP. If you don't mind wrenching on your car the r53 is the best buy in cheap fun and can be pretty reliable anything after 07 is a no go though 😂

Currently I'm just driving a stock '20 STI - it's "fast" for me since I came from an FR-S (gen 1 Toyota 86 if you're not American) and good for now. I _like_ Minis, I know they're fun at any hp, but I would really have to work to get used to that central speedometer lol. I think I'd be happy with a mid 2000s Camry or Accord (manual of course and maybe with tightened suspension) for a daily, and my Subie or maybe something with a V-8 for a toy. If I get tired of AWD (a distinct possibility!) or of the excessive fuel consumption or road noise, maybe a GTI or other hot hatch. Why no post-07 Mini?
Don't think it's a turbo. That's a 100hp Panda which has a 1.4 engine from the Abarth 595 minus the Garrett turbo. It's a momentum car so you need to full send and brake late into corners. I have 2 of them, bloody great cars! Love an Alfa!

I was hoping to see a Toyota Hiace gen 5, since it's the fastest slow car i know. Dudes in Yakutia drive those filled with people and huge cargo on top at over 130 (maybe 120 i don't remember) km/h on dirt roads between cities and towns, and slow down on turns only if it's too sharp.

Honda Fit’s are very underrated cars, they’re basically the spiritual successor to the late 90’s Integra/Civic’s in terms of driving feel & mods available. Also heard it handles a K24 swap from a Gen 1 TSX well, makes it quick

The Daihatsu Copen (14:24) was my absolute highlight! The Daihatsu Applause did also very well, and I loved the Panda's! Great video!
