- ok-I know these vegetarian curry vids don't get a lot of views but they are just so tasty and delicious and healthy! Just leave out the rice and naan bread -lol. Just Gove it a try-control the spice don't add the red pepper flakes and a bit less vindaloo. I hope someone out there tries this recipe. thanks for watching!

Would it more sense to use one of the ninjas with a pressure cooker given how long it takes to cook?
The recipe looks fine - I've made variations on it for years when I'm trying to eat more 'healthy' - but I can't see any reason to use the Ninja here as opposed to a good old regular pot. Way easier, and way easier to clean.
No you don't have to use the Ninja-thanks!
Wouldnt a normal pot on the stove work just as well?

I think that day I was called in much later for ab out 4 hours. I did this in tuba city but here in NY it's going to rain this afternoon and tomorrow is a washout I will be filming in the rain -lol. Making pizza again today-think my nephew is pizza out
