ceciLOVEtaco although the person’s comment is out of place since haute couture isn’t supposed to be everyday wearable (we don’t have a ‘ready to wear’ without a reason) but what the person probably means is that it is not some Victor and Rolf / early 2000’s Dior creation
It feels retro and modern at the same time. Everything's so lovely!!! Even if there's a lot going on each piece, it doesnt look overwhelming. This has to be one of my fave shows. Theyre like real life barbies.
YES. I am livinggg for this collection. These collections are the ones I wait for so eagerly, and they never disappoint. I love the use of sparkle in such a different way than everyone is using it this season. Here it's so refined and sophisticated. I would wear many of these looks myself in a heartbeat. The story this collection told from beginning to end had me at the edge of my seat! What a masterpiece. I see influences from the last three decades as well as what seemed to me to be Gatsby vibes in some areas. What a unique blend of ideas and silhouettes. I'm so glad this show didn't disappoint! This one gets the Amber Westbrook seal of approval for sure!
It may be tailored to the Middle East - fine, but some of the pieces in this collection really are gorgeous. I don't think we should dismiss a designer simply because they do not have that many European/American rich kids/women as clients. European aesthetics is not the only one in this wide world, you know.
I don’t know where you got the idea that only Middle Eastern women buy their clothes as they have clients from all over the world from Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie to many others, they’re actually an Australian company based in London!
Not from the middle-east, but maybe you shouldn't talk as if being 'tailored for the Middle East' is something to be looked down upon- you're just spreading that way of thought, right?
@@ANO-.-NYM That's exactly what I'm trying to say - that 'tailored for the Middle East" is just as fine, as someone saying 'tailored to European tastes'. I hoped my comment made it clear
This is a show for people who have excellent taste in my view! I loved the slow-motion parts... I would love to watch the whole show in slow-motion... This show deserves 5 stars! There are few shows where I could say I loved every single outfit... but this is it! Absolutely exquisite classy designs, fabrics and couture tailoring... Just the Best!
Most magnificent collection I have seen in many, many years..........maybe ever! Absolutely breathtaking details and femininity. Can’t wait to share this video with friends.
Spectacular fashion show! I've watched this over 30x and still find new details I didn't notice before. Elsa Hosk in that wedding gown was breathtakingly stunning! 👏🔥💖
So let me get this right. Ralph & Russo are the last two designers on the planet Earth who know how to make a woman look beautiful? Designs so beautiful they were visionary. Superior camera work and editing. The wedding gown was breathtaking! Wow.
Oh god. Emotions can be a blessing...and the opposite. It's no wonder the aliens (some of them) have gone without. Those two, the masculine and feminine couple, are extraordinary. This is absolutely astonishing artwork. How something can look so soft and pretty in green, and pink at the start, then twist you into a crying baby by the time the golden mean arrives. Hm. How do they get their pictures, their crystal visions, their utterly amazing abilities? One can only wonder now the True Mankind has arrived.
I always wanna grab ahold of whoever is doing the filming and editing and tell them to give every look the proper angles and to stop going from one frame to another where we can’t actually see the designs and focus on showing things where we get a full view of how each one walks and where were able to see all the detailing that went into the designs bc no matter what fashion show I’ve seen , it’s always the same thing ... camera angles are all over the place and don’t show equally , enough for each design .. it irritates me. Some of these were given more attention than others and it’s like why ? I truly appreciate the designs in this collection , as it’s definitely better than most collections that I’ve seen recently. I get tired of seeing the same androgynous looks time and time again from many of the designers today in fashion. I applaud this point of view. It’s elegant and breathtaking ! Too many people use their voice as a designer to promote work that keeps getting praised for being so new and innovative, yet we see the same tired looks and elements from well known designers and it’s hard to find in most people’s collections, truly new and fresh looks that haven’t been done over and over again. I especially like that this collection isn’t tortured and over worked and isn’t just regurgitating something from decades past with dated looks we’ve seen again and again throughout the industry. It’s so refreshing to see this collection. Omg ! Beautiful !! There were about 3 designs however , that I’ve seen other designers do pretty much the same look within the last 5-10 years though. I know there’s no way we’re going to see things that haven’t to some degree , been done before bc there’s only so much you can Create that hasn’t been done before In some version or another , similarly enough but there was definitely a strong point of view with s fresh appeal , exuding elegance and I love this collection !! Not crazy about the pieces that had jewels that looked like a snake though. Like what is that trying to convey ? The shape and detailing Could’ve easily been incorporated without it being a snake pattern and not sure why that was included in the work and it didn’t really tell a story imo as to why it was included and didn’t seem to need it , honestly. Could understand if it tied into the storyline or had more purpose somehow. But I didn’t quite follow the whole story with the snake theme in some of the garments. Wasn’t necessary Imo. Just felt disconnected for real. Other than that , I loved the entire show.
Incredible! I feel like crying . Bravo ,bravo! Your amazing ! So talented ! Thank you , thank you for creating such spectacular designs with the the most exquisite details . I'm so happy :D!
Tamara Ralph & Michael Russo are both Australian & started their company in London in 2004, it spread by word of mouth & their big break was being invited to show in Paris in 2014 & now they’re still expanding, such a huge success considering where they started from in Australia!
So amazing! Cameramen made the shots so clear and captured these creations and the women showcasting them so amazingly! Thanks team! Was the bridal dress at the end homage to Yves Saint Laurent?
Dear guys, every year we wait to see these shows in the most realistic way possible and one of the most important things of the show is the original music that is played, so when you make the videos, ask for the rights because this can damage the experience of the spectators
Stop being so entitled, who are they gonna ask the rights for the music? Ralph and Russo? They are definitely not going to give them the rights to even upload the video. If you don't want your "experience" to be "damaged" go to the show or pay this channel so they can upload the original music.
Obviously it would be nice if they had the original music, but they'd risk having their channel deleted for copyright infringement. Getting the rights would cost hundreds -- if not thousands -- of dollars.
@@leonardogoezramirez4385 I don't think so, for years the fashion channels covered this shows and was always well edited, I am not saying they're are not good doing what they do, they give us really great catwalk shows! Why we don't see some of these beautiful gowns on the red carpet baffles me
Songbird For Jesus they did pretty well at the Oscars last year just not a lot of press coverage.
Honestly I can't picture any of these as a red carpet look but it takes one to wear them to make them a red carpet look.
Wealthy people wear them to private parties.
Private parties and most people don’t read magazines
Real wealthy people won't advertise private parties. And yes some people don't read magazines.
This is a very wearable haute couture. It’s like getting the intricate details without having to take up two subway seats because of all the tulle.
Wearable ? Get Uniqlo & Gap.
