Hello! When I insert my family object (1:00), the pipes don't follow the length of the surface segments ( vertical and horizontal lines). It's like the family is not parametric. Can I get the family file of someone to see if it works? Does anyone know what could I have done wrong? Thanks.
First of all thanks for watching! This video is not showing the complete process. there is an important step in the family that is not shown. When you place each point, it must be referenced to the horizontal reference plane of the bottom point. using the tool: set references plane. and selecting the plane. you must do this for each of the four points. you can contact us with the email in description
