7(12) If a member of the Service, who is granted study leave, is permitted to receive and retain, in addition to his leave salary, any remuneration in respect of a part-time employment, he shall ordinarily not be granted any study allowance; but in special cases where the net amount of remuneration received in respect.
What is the salary during study leave for Central Government employees?
(2) Except as provided in sub-rule (6), during Study Leave availed of in India, a Government servant shall draw Leave Salary equal to the pay that the Government servant drew while on duty with Government immediately before proceeding on such leave and in addition the Dearness Allowance and House Rent Allowance as.

Suppose any employee having 50000 basic at the time of taking study leave and during his such leave he will not get any increment but after the completion of his study leave when employee will join service ..his basic will start from 50000 or he will get the left out increments the leave period increments. I mean will he resume service with 50k or with two year increments.
