You can consider buying a black thermal from decathlon. It has helped me a lot in European winter, it will help you on the mountain.
Also use thin layers. Fat clothes restrict movement and are not helpful.

Does the mountain have steep? Is it safe for beginners?

Yes it is very steep. Specially during fresh winter snow. For beginners it is best to stay with guide.

Kedarkantha or kauri pass trek ?

Kedarkantha gives a good adventure of midnight hike during summit push. Kuari pass is more enriched with natural beauty and higher peaks around it.
