no ability haste not an item for fizz everything making fizz good is the fact u can E - zhonyas and E as u get out of zhonyas if u buy sorc boots or this shit item for him you're clearly not a fizz player ability haste is everything maybe good item in low elo cause only dmg matters there but ruins his entire purpose in any decent rank

you are bad. stormsurge was insanely broken on fizz. current fizz playstyle is burst 1 shot as they removed ability haste from most items in the game. the build path for items now benefits fizz a lot so you can actually have burst while building into the items you want still. you will see in the coming videos that he builds stormsurge every game. he just didnt try a new build yet in this game@@babayaga8112
