does it get crispy like popcorns? or they remain hard after poping? It should give popcorn or kurkure like experience while eating. Ganesh gruh udyog of ahmedabad has this kind of product

I tried it. It tasted more like just roasted wheats rather than puffed up. The recipe was good though! Gonna try this with other grains.
