      How did you make your Salt because if you heat the regular iodine salt then it becomes watery. Where can I buy the salt that you are using. Pls share.

    I tried it. It tasted more like just roasted wheats rather than puffed up. The recipe was good though! Gonna try this with other grains.

    Wowww.. Wonderful amazing technique.. Yet so simple - both method and ingredients.
    Tried it at home, came out really well. (resulted in few burnt grains, but I'm sure in successive attempts, it is possible to roast without burning it) Tried with peanuts, black chenna and ground nut as well. All of them turned out very well.. Thanks a lot for this recipe / technique 😃

    does it get crispy like popcorns? or they remain hard after poping? It should give popcorn or kurkure like experience while eating. Ganesh gruh udyog of ahmedabad has this kind of product

      Yes it turns crispy..and yes the experience while eating is similar to kurkure or any other snacks...we can do same with rice too

      Gehu ke sath shakkar ya gud kuch mat daalo. Kuch bhunega nahi. Bus gud ya chini melt ho jayegi
