By the time the Quran was written in the 7th century CE, the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John had already been written. These four Gospels were composed in the first century CE:
- **Mark**: Around 65-70 CE
- **Matthew**: Around 80-90 CE
- **Luke**: Around 80-90 CE
- **John**: Around 90-110 CE
These Gospels were well-established and widely circulated among Christian communities by the time the Quran was revealed. When the Quran refers to the "Injeel" (Gospel), it is acknowledging the Christian scriptures that include these Gospels.

Where does the Quran say it is acknowledging the Christian scriptures that include these gospels? Because I looked and can't find it anywhere.
@@myuzairy7324 1. Surah Al-Imran (3:3): “He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.”
2. Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:46): “And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous.”
3. Surah Al-Hadid (57:27): “Then We sent following their footsteps Our messengers and followed [them] with Jesus, the son of Mary, and gave him the Gospel.”
These verses indicate that the Quran acknowledges the existence of the Gospel proclaimed by Jesus.
