Glad to see you back at the track with content. Love Big Springs. Workouts shouldn't be making your arm pump worse. What are you hydrating with? You should get you a bag of crucial four salt and put some in a water bottle and drink it on the way to the track also for working out. I workout 5-6 times a week and have very little arm pump when at the track and im 43. BTW the step up triple in the back is way easier than you think.
