First, the cameraman is randomly shooting the night sky. J-Devil floats by in a jerky motion with it's speed inconsistent with the flapping of it's wings. And the cameraman does not even bother to track J- Devil as it floats to the right.
so someone was filming the cloudy, dark sky for no reason and then coincidentally the "Jersey Devil" suddenly flaps awkwardly in the focus of the camera, right in front of the recorder, with NO reaction??? lol if you believe this, good luck

The movement seems very unnatural, and with that wingspan, I'd expect to hear some noise, especially since she was so close.
all I know is that making wings look like they're flapping is pretty hard to do.
