I use a 2 part, 5 minute epoxy. Tang and handles are prepped and scuffed. There’s several videos of how I do my handle for ups on the channel.

I have, I mostly use known bar stock nowdays but in the past and for certain projects re-claimed steels are fun.

@Little_River_Forge I made 3 .had tip break off and edge of nother gets little chips on edge. Not finsh other have harden and temper.
