I'm so glad iv found this channel, I just found out that I have type 2 and don't know what to eat, im hungry all the time I really need to sort my food out. Thanks for the info
Instead of store bought dressings, you can make your own: 1-2 tbs of white vinegar, 1 tbs of oil (like avocado or any other you like), 5 tbs of water, little salt (up to your liking). It is not creamy, but it is enough to make your salad delicious and healthy. You can change a ratio of water and vinegar up to your liking too, some people like less vinegar, some like more.
What your favourite food that you eat to help lower blood sugar?
Since i found out about my pre diabetics i like Brown bread
It has not been my year

Do you still count your carbohydrate, or as long as they are whole foods does it not matter how many?
i count the carbs from processed foods. But not complex carbs from whole foods. I try to keep it to 30 grams a day,
Yes carbs matter your body doesn't discriminate dont take advice from an obese t2.
Sweet potatoes have more sugar and carbs than a normal potatoe.
