My favorite guest, Julie. To hear the beautiful banter between both, Rich and Julie is a great example of relationship based upon intelligence, emotional intimacy and grit. To be together yet remain autonomous is no easy task. Bravo.
Seeing Julie’s name in the title is like finding an unexpected but sooo-appreciated gift! Love her eloquence, respect her experience, and gratefully partake of her wisdom. So much love to you both! Been listening since your first podcasts in Kauai. 🙏♥️
I'm like your honesty Rich in how you authentically have a difficulty digesting some of the concepts! and it coming from your wife of 20 years let's me know I shouldn't be too hard on myself if I'm struggling to move the needle on some more spiritual stuff that my partner says comes so naturally to her, clearly it takes time! I think my life experiences (and traumas) have me grounded in a pretty constant state of vigilance against things that could potentially corrupt my mind or seem to go against what is probably the ego
BAW- your to be hugely respected for the way you tapped into & expressed that challenging state. In all the years I've listened & read remarks per Rich's work..your clearly have a brilliant edge to your deep place
Julie’s contributions to the conversations on the show and in the world is a breath of fresh air…I enjoy her point of view not just as a woman but as a human being…it’s so needed. And the courage it takes to go deep, in public, on camera, with another human being, is inspiring. She’s definitely my favorite guest 😊
I will be carrying a picture of myself from kindergarten when meeting up with family. I don't have healthy boundaries so this is a genius way of sticking up for myself. Thank you Julie & Rich.....you are changing lives one soul at a time :)
Listening to Julie’s expressions for the potential of change, in the future, towards a positive direction I will embrace, with guarded optimism. I felt that the last few years have been a tearing at the fabric of humanity. It was a scary extended period of time and I worried because who knew what the actual bottom was going to be, and when would we hit it. Today I woke up with clarity on how to move forward through such darkness. I found strength without the need to exert it in the wrong way. Graciousness is never wrong. There’s so much strength in confidence. It’s refreshing to hear something beautiful that offers a glimmer of hope for humanity.
Thanks for sharing, many spiritual teachers I follow talk about this big shift we are going through or the potential is there, it's up to each person to chose going up or down with it. It's like we are repeating 1000 of years of same patterns of ego and conflict. To me I feel we need to become more conscious and heal trauma / shadow, so many acts from wounding and hurt on auto pilot creating more pain and suffering. Everything starts with our self , one step at a time . 😊🙏✨️
@@larsstougaard7097 I have also stumbled towards the need to heal trauma through inner child work. Fascinating subject with amazing videos on RUclips. I hope we can get as many people as possible through this next period of tumultuous time. So much ego posturing it’s nauseating. But alas, we shall remain in hope always.
@@micheleagren1604 Lorie Ladd has many great videos on letting the energy/ emotions/ let go process. We must feel it to heal it. That's why all this chaos and darkness in the world is a huge opportunity or gift for transformation, but it's difficult and courageous work. Many people will avoid looking at them self because it's scary and painful, but the only way up is going down. 😊🙏✨️
Rich you are a beautiful example of the divine masculine and feminine. It’s refreshing to see a man who is committed to his growth. Thank you Julie for your nuggets of wisdom. And to both of you for your vulnerability and willingness to share your sacred relationship with us for the service of us and you.
I've been a fan of Rich Roll for a long time. Oddly enough, I recognize his voice more than his looks. I never knew his wife. Though there are several critics here, I can tell from this interview they have been through a lot in life: 20 years of ebbs and flow, ups and down, pains and blessings. Through and though, they have clearly accepted and respect each other for who each are as individuals. Though different than main stream people, they offer an alternative ways of being. I appreciate what they are sharing here.
It’s so incredible to see two very different people In love and accepting each other as they are. That , I think, is what true love is and not chasing people that looks and think like us. We all want to belong to a tribe and fail each time because that’s imposing but accepting oneself as we are and accept others as they are and see the beauty of each other authentically is the formula of co- existing and bringing the best of one another and creating harmony as such. Thanks for sharing.
These are the dialogs that people in relationships need to hear. My husband and I were married for 50 years when he passed. We were very different but experienced the great love, experiences and humor that is possible in a long marriage. We supported each other and allowed independence and grace always.
“Incension- it’s inside, we aren’t going anywhere….”Just brilliant. I love listening to this podcast for many reasons but also for the tour de force of fabulous SAT words and beyond. RR you have an amazing vocabulary. It’s ineffable how much I enjoy your word choices lol. Julie- going to check out the plant based cheese. I try to be SOS free most of the time but I’m thinking this is a healthful indulgence, I can’t wait.
Same. I listen to this podcast while walking and I literally open my phone and write the new words I learn here. And use them in other appropriate contexts :P Thanks Rich, and Julie!
Julie's wisdom is a precious gift and inspiration to all of us. I ait here and listen to your profound and beautiful conversation with tears of gratitude and heart full of love. Thank you for being you and expressing yourselves with love and humour❤️🙏✨
Rich, I love the spirit of your wife! She resonates with me across the country and probably very different experiences. A beautiful person I can feel a sisterhood. Thank you for sharing you two! I felt inspired and encouraged today.
Julie definitely has a "woo woo" vibe that I'm sure many can't relate to, but I'm sure many can't relate to being an ultra runner/triathelete. I think they have more in common than they realize. They both seem to like exploring their extremes, they value monetary success (even though its downplayed), and they both love each other.
Just shows you can believe anything - and that is good enough for you. Good enough provided the world you live in is stable. Frankly, this woman is insane in my dimension.
I agree...whenever I hear some woo woo "priestess" blather about astral projection and welcoming in the new paradigm, I think about some poor refugee mother clinging to the side of a sinking ship while holding onto one of her children...
Good Lord! Listening to Julie takes me back to the time when I awoke in my chair, having fallen asleep watching PBS, to the voice of Joseph Campbell discussing the power of myth. That was many years ago. I’m 82 years old now and have been cruising through life ever since. I’m pretty aware of my spiritual self but that self needs work and more purpose. I have certainly felt the shift she talks about and it should be pursued. Thanks so much for this podcast.
Both of these individuals are very smart, and spiritually evolved, each in service to humanity in their own way. Not sure they are still on the same page when it comes to what they’re looking for in a relationship, though…just a gut feeling observing the dynamic
Yes I agree Branca.... I think they love each other and I think they are supposed to have influenced each others life some how, somewhere some way, but they are not for each other. I get a sense of admiration from each side but I do not see them as soul mates.
I may need to listen more than once to digest. Initial thoughts: I so admire that you support eachother's individualism but manage to stay together regardless. I think that's unique and so hard to do. Relationships are so hard to navigate these days. I will be married almost 20 years with 3 children. It hasn't been easy but our love for eachother and dedication to raise our children in a loving and complete home won't let us give up. I have also been exploring NDEs lately and that is why I clicked on this video in the first place. To see what insight on "love" Julie had to add to my worldview and understanding of love: spiritually, existentially or otherwise. Not sure I got anything but again, maybe I need to listen again. Rich, you and your wife need to explore NDEs (Near Death Experiences) further. It will give you a whole new perspective on life here on earth you may not have considered. Please get Dr. Bruce Greyson on your show. He has studied NDEs for over 50 years and his wealth of knowledge and wisdom has been transformative for me. He is a scientist and a skeptic and is always learning. He wrote a book called, After. Well worth reading.
OMG, I'm from Argentina, When I started listening to the podcast I thought how look alike was Julie to my boss at work, its mind boggling. When i'm trying to connect more with myself i start having different experiences that show me how really deep and connect we all are.
Thank you so much for having such an intuitive creature on your podcast. Even the quality of her voice is earthy, rich and beautiful! Now, I am filled with the absolute knowledge that the practices which avail this knowing, she shares with those seeking and speak a similar language. Your beautiful wife speaks my language. Thank you again for this treat.
Love these conversations with Julie! She’s so articulate and courageous in her ideas and beliefs. She goes against the grain and it’s refreshing to hear someone like her on the mainstream podcast scene. I’m inspired by her practice and how she embodies her beliefs .✨
Thank you for another dose of inspiration 😊 I am convinced that our physical bodies are vehicles. We are spiritual beings. I am telling my kids to have a positive impact and live this life to the fullest until we transition, perhaps for another round! 👍🏻😎😉🚀
I feel like over the years listening to you two talk I have evolved and the words spoken in these conversations penetrate more deeply and not only makes more sense but feels more complete and true. Much love to you all out there
I really enjoy the relationship discussion…my marriage is similar in that we are very different people, devoted, connected and very much in love…19 years. I do not believe in unconditional love…not for average humans. We have expectations, needs and wants. I loved the two Shrimu cheeses my husband bought for me. ❤
Just love these conversations - the authenticity and vulnerability - so inspiring - thankyou SO much for sharing these tender, wise and often hilarious moments, so many couple goals right here Xxx
❤sooo excited she’s back love your show especially when your wife lays down the wisdom !!!! Can’t wait … y’all exploring each other and letting each other BE is such a vibe!
I love your wife, I am spiritual too but we are not religious but my hubby also thinks my spiritually n rituals are odd, but I have manifested things in our lives.
Love it when she is on so interesting and honest some ideas are kind of crazy “leaving our body at night and traveling and then trying to get back in” 😵💫 I would call that dreams in my head staying in my body 😁
My mum told me as a kid that we did that. The entity that’s leaving your body pulls your leg to see if you’re asleep yet. If you’re not they can’t leave so when they pull on your leg and you don’t respond then they can leave and they go socializing with everybody else. That returns before you wake up. That’s why you should never wake somebody up in their sleep in case your whatever is out and not ready to come back
It's my first time hearing you. Congrats on many counts. Very surprised with your statement ".. .healing myself...."? As a yogi and practionar of other spiritual paths as well, I've had a spontaneous miracle healing, was in remission 3 yrs. out after treatment and maintaining balance of other conditions. Yet, all my loving work of self care that leads to healing is still fulfilled by source or universal source. Glad the family holiday sincerely shared. Thanks for reminding me of the oil shower as I haven't done for years.
Love Julie and I can’t believe I didn’t know about her podcast until recently (thank you Rich). I just started listening to it. 💎💚❤️ love & light to both and everyone here ✨✨✨
Dear Rich, We cannot force ourselves to be more Cosmic than we are in this moment. All we can understand is what we can simply grok right now. I cannot understand a lot of what Julie is saying, although I may want to.
Thank you for the lovely Podcast Julie I hope you heard the hidden message and what he said about the really would like to be closer to you I think that's kind of a very big message
My first experience with Julie. Wow. I am in love. What a smart beautiful soulful woman. I must check out her mentorship. Great work you two. Love the mix of intelligence and spirituality.
I l8ve when Julie talked about the transformative intensity of this time! I have felt the intensity, but not conceived of the positive transformative nature of these difficult times, politically!

Love your description. Shall we all experience this to a degree.
Well said. Couldn’t agree more.
But, in the meantime, she started despise and hate him because he’s more visible and successful than her… Listen to their other conversations…
Seeing Julie’s name in the title is like finding an unexpected but sooo-appreciated gift! Love her eloquence, respect her experience, and gratefully partake of her wisdom. So much love to you both! Been listening since your first podcasts in Kauai. 🙏♥️

Not totally insane, totally synchronised and Perfect ! Thanks for all your podcasts. Could listen for hours.
Love you two
Is there a Julie RRP playlist? She’s wonderful
I tried to order Everything and Fire off the site, but the option was not there. How do I order these flavors? Ah, found out and whoa! The shipping price more than doubles the cost of the cheese! Any plans on making Srimu affordable for the average person?
This is an incredibly awesome discussion. I am so very blessed to have witnessed it.
Thank you again both for sharing your love and wisdom. Could you tell me the name of the book on past lives that Julie recommended please.
Oh man, my favorite guest! I’m ready to download her wisdom 🙏
What beautiful couple u are !🥰
Oh! I want to see episode #1!
Love when you two get together!!!

Lovely
We NEED THIS cheese in the UK. Come on guys..... help we need it, we need plant based cheese to take over and put the nail in the dairy days.
The interesting and differing intents of living in tents! 😀
I really wanted to try this product but when I went to check out from ordering it was going to cost 55$ to ship a 40$ product. Downfalls of being in Canada. Times are tough and I just can’t justify that expense. Srimu needs to open a facility in Canada! Xo
True I live in Europe same problem, you must find local Canadian cheese 🧀 and some maple syrup instead 😊🙏🍯
You two are such a blessing to watch. ❤️
Such a rich exchange❣️I’m curious what type of sesame oil Juile’s talking about. The cooking or a body oil and approx how much so I know what size to buy. Thanks
