This isn't science or anything but I am pretty sure the rocks at Glorieta have been growing. Long live the jank, long live the smash. How do I get the rocks to grow on my local trails? New Mexico delivering the roughness to keep us honest. Big thanks to the people out at Glorieta Adventure Camps for continuing to build the MTB scene at this legendary spot. With the recent addition of "Chips N Salsa", Glorieta has something for everyone. Props to the lads at Rocket Ramps for putting in work! This is Chili Dog and Jagged Axe on the Emtb's. A trail bike may be easier the navigate this particular jank on, but we like trying new things, lol.

Show them some love.
Thanks for keeping rocks in MTB, love your work Glorieta!
Awesome riding. Awesome video. Keep on pedlin’
I love these kinds of trails! Following your lead, I rode all the Hawes trails in Mesa last week…awesome!!
Love Hawes!
Dude, reminds me of a video game where you can ride over any obstacle at top speeds, without any consequences. Super gnarly trail AND RIDIN'! Nice work!
Just getting lucky, ha.
@@natehills9388 Too modest...lol
Almost thought pimp down
I feel the same way about the trails in GJ.. the rain keeps washing all the dirt away leaving behind bigger and bigger rocks to smash through lol but I kinda like it
I am also okay with this, haha
Technology & Engineering Testimony. This video shows how amazing the engineers are who developed the tires, wheels, and suspension to handle a fast paced ride through that rough terrain. Big bumps, ragged rattles, and jarring jumps. Here is a salute to the engineers who made all this possible ... and the riders like Nate and James who have the balls to push the limits.
@@travelthenarrowtrail8660 looks sweet.
Those trails look like so much fun.
Nice work! I’ll rewatch this a few times for sure.
Gotta be the nastiest trail I've seen you ride! Keep up the good work!
Entertaining to say the least!
@@natehills9388 Yes sir, keeps me coming back!
Nate, after getting home from Bangkok, its great weather to ride here in the AZ desert! Thanks for the wild ride and have a good weekend.
Enjoy the weekend!
If you Take the fork to the left at the bottom of chili dog you finish on what I call the waterfall. It was put in for the enduro races this spring. Its nothing but a giant 15 to 20 foot steep roller down a boulder but it was intimidating for my 66 year old bones. Love Glorita in back yard its 90 % of my riding.
my bud, this is the gnarliest thing ever. holy cow chunky death spikes
savage! so good. love these jank rides! Killin it boys!
Long live the jank! Love it!
I'm ready for the new SB160 bike build video
Me too. Wish I had one, ha.
James is the goat and my favorite follow cam rider 🤘🏻
Absolute legend!
Daaaayuuuum! That trail was brutal but it looked like fun to me.
Very good! 🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲.
Great video!!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Thank you David, much appreciated!
That riding was Brutus maximus! Just so many decisions with so many rocks😂😬. Great riding. James looks like he's riding his normal bike floating around.
Effortless riding from James. I think that bike weighs more than him;)
@@natehills9388 🤣👍
@@natehills9388 😂😂.
Dang! My body hurts and teeth are chattering from this ride. James is one "Smooth Operator". Must put a grin on your face following him. Great riding.
Always a pleasure watching James in his element.
Proud to have this trail system a short drive away from my house. If the other trail systems in this area were designed similar to Glorieta, we'd be a MTB mecca.
That looked violent. I'll have to ice my shoulders just watching this.
Rough as it gets! Live for it.
You fellas never disappoint !!!! Always a pleasure watching how smooth James is. 😎 hmmmm noticed he's on a new steeeed 👀.
James making everything look easy, as per usual. Legend!
@natehills... whoa really?
James wit da foot kick recovery! Noice
Probably went a bit faster by doing that maneuver, ha
Hell yeah, now that was some jank boys. A person could get hurt riding that, lol! Nice bit of riding with James, always makes it look easy.
James is a legend!
Amazing.
You 🙌 on 🔥🔥
Straight up twist’n the throttle on that one
And no braap sounds 👍👍👍
Giver the beans!
Sick riding as usual. GoPro doesn't do these trails justice. They chunky!
techy beautifull ride !
I love the trails that just go with the flow of nature instead of having to carve a pathway through, most likely started as an animal track and then with a clever bit of re routing here and there pick up a few features to make it more interesting to ride, and if you walked way from it instead of riding it would soon just disappear back into the landscape.
Definitely a perfect example of working with the terrain, instead of against it. Work of art.
Spicy! Haven’t seen a gimbal snap like that in a while.
Not sure how my camera and gimbal keep working actually. Bad day to be my equipment, lol
Greetings to you guys from Ukraine!
Greetings friend.
So FAST keep on truck'in
Would love to check out New Mexico. It looks fun.
Do it!
Did ya see their sweeeet new shuttle rig? Love that place.
Didn't see the new shuttle rig...
James feelin it on those bikes. No Hightower??? Superman can fly w/o his cape.
Never not feeling it, that James.
@@natehills9388 Never not seen him on that Hightower.
Bumblebees!!
how much does it cost to repair a bike after such a trip ?!
Seriously, ha. Depends how much you ride I guess. We got off easy.
@@natehills9388 a couple of times when you landed, it seemed to me that the shock absorbers crunched)
haha, my suspension can take much more than I can dish out.
We need a new build video, sb160 🎉🎉🎉
Yeah we do!
In many segments, that did NOT look like a trail lol
These trails don't get enough traffic to stay burned in fully. Definitely hard to follow in spots, haha
That looked like an awesome trail! Has the weight of the e-bike changed how you ride through the janky, rocky trails?
My 53 pound rig is a wrestling match in the jank. Riding with finesse takes great strength and focus, haha.
Why is it called Jagged Edge again?
So stoked for a possible new SB160 bike build coming soon ?! 🤷♂️🙋♂️🎉
Same here, wish I had one already!
Damn that was chuuuunky
Secret Trail on paper looks pretty meaty as well??????????????? Mabey another time?
Rode Secret, there were about 20 down trees unfortunately. Chainsaw mission.
If Yeti asked you to try to break a bike, who would you follow and on what trail?
I try to break my bike every time I ride it on every trail, behind everyone, lol
What is the grasshopper riding? Such a poppy but awesome ride.
Not bad for wrestling around a 50 pound rig... ha
e-mtb... Yeti went there
Great riding keep the ebike content coming
E - FREERIDAY :)
That looks like a place where you can get a lot of flats and one or two busted rims!
Correct assessment, lol
James is the old man everyone is scared to ride with
For good reason.
James not on his Santa Cruz, is that an e-bike he's riding?
We are both on Ebikes. Not sure which Specialized James is on. Full powered one from a few years ago I think.
LOL He is an Ebiker now
I have 8 bikes;)
How old is James? Just curious.
Timeless.
These trails eat bikes
Correct! ha
I don"t know how you can ride without gloves.
E-bike for sale slightly used hahahahahahhaha
