Just build up from the ground in the water that’s under your current house, connect it to your sand pyramid and then connect it to the island with dirt or sand or something so it is part of the island. Then you don’t have to completely move or build a new house. Problem solved :)
A solution would be to just call it a summer house or something that isn't public property but also isn't your main house. Or you could try to push the boundaries of the law and try to draw a long line going from Squid Island to your pyramid, so that your house sits on it, and since that line would be directly connected to the island so would your house. I'd prefer if you just called it your floating shed or something that makes it still belong to you, but it's something you also don't live in.
