I know this course. My grandparents used to live on the north end of Long Beach Island. This was one of my family’s favorite courses to play out there. It has been over 20 years since the last time I played Hartland Golf. It brings back a lot of good memories!

I was really impressed with this course. I like seeing courses like this especially when the owners make such a great effort to maintain the visual appeal of the course. That launch hole was really cool. I am definitely going to have to go play this course the next time I am in NJ, which will be in August. Fun video.

That was cool! Thanks to the owners to allow you to play on a maintenence day, apperently there was one other pair behind you or they were testing things. Good job on the hole in 1's for the both of you.

Ship Bottom is on Long Beach Island and there is only one causeway from the mainland to get there.

A couple of courses back when I would go down to Ocean City, NJ in the mid-2000s always had a way of getting a hole-in-one. I'm not sure if they still exist (destroyed in Sandy, or rebuilt), but I'm sure a few are still in business.
Never even heard of the town there, and I was stationed @ McGuire AFB in New Jersey from the end of 1986 to September of 1991......must be another Jersey Shore spot......the only ones I know for sure are Atlantic City, Wildwood & Ocean City out that way......

Ooh yay one of my favorites on LBI. As a child my family would visit lbi for a week and we would play all the courses. The best course is by the amusement park, Fantasy Island.
I wish I could see how the operator knows whether you got the tokens, wheel, or soda on 18. Maybe it makes a different noise (like a buzzer instead of a bell)?
I love when mini golf has technology like that... it doesn't have to be Puttshack, it's the little things too. 🙂

The Ball Launcher thingy kid of reminds of the Crossbow on one hole Party Shack (I think, or is it ParTee Shack). For sure caught if you off guard if you were not ready for it. Cool concept, who ever designed it; kudos to them. Very unique and clever idea, but I still like the Roller Coaster Hole at Par King; not to mention the holes at the Toy Box.

Hey brooks I live in New Jersey and there is a fun course at the Jersey shore on the boardwalk in point beach the crows nest one is fun but there is two or there is another course further down

If it was closed to the public,why are other people playing? LOL
They were closed. That couple was walking by and saw us setting up so they thought it was open. The owner asked us if we cared if they were in the background playing and we said that was fine, so he let them play too.
Bad boyfriend points Brooks! On #9 you had Elisha putt so she would be out of your way in case you made it in the pipe and went down the trough for a hole in one. You SHOULD have told her to leave it so that you could possibly hit her in and help her get a hole in one.

i wish vegas has better putt putt stuff but we really dont. just have the monster mini golf which is kiss and twilight zone.
