When playing around in sparring I like to set ut up with a step behind side kick and immediately move into a shorter version of this kick. Very good tutorial. I need to practice this.
Good form. Im not sure if ill use it in sparring like the 360 jump spin hook kick the way you do it allows a fake front kick set up. This works if thrown very fast tight foot spacing. One thing i learned about the 360 hook was i sm flexible but i needed better hip mobility and abductor muscle strength
Hey BVO! im really close to getting the 540 kick only thing is when I do the spinning part I just need to release the kick and know how to land without being scared and also I know you need to lean back in when you spin but I get kind of nervous when I lean back but when I have adrenaline I am able to lean back with no fear, but main thing I need to actually instead kick out instead of keeping it bent now cause thats how I have been practicing is keeping it bent until I am ready. Do you have any advice?

Always practice with spinning and imagine to kick. Don't kick it. It will throw you off.
