The International Foods Taste Test segments are what helped me eat during anorexia recovery. It was nice to eat with someone who wasn't treating food so stressfully. 3 years later (and 57 lbs heavier), I am proud to be alive to still catch every episode :)

My depression goes through waves and I’m at my lowest again and it’s scary. It’s scary not knowing how I’m going to be in the next second, minute or hour.But I know that I can sit down and continue watching you guys. You make my life easier, From the bottom of my heart I love you. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ xxxx
This made me tear up. When it felt like my whole life was falling apart I did the same thing. I would put on GMM while crying myself to sleep. Eventually id fall asleep and by that point, it almost felt like a hug.

In all seriousness, the GMM has never changed in any way throughout its years (personality and style wise). I always get the same feeling from a video here from 2009 and from now. That is what I love from GMM, they have never changed, and I will never change my mind about thinking that GMM is a good channel. :)
Even if the show itself has taken major changes for the better the base of Rhett and Link being themselves hasn't and that is what I love about this show.

Wow, I usually only make silly or irreverent comments, but this video really made me think. I struggle with depression and reeeeally bad anxiety. I feel like I'm too old and weird, and generally unacceptable for society. And just hearing about corruption and violence around me all the time makes me feel like I live in a very dark world. I've realized these past few weeks how much this show makes me laugh. I'm 31 so it's not necessarily the silly childish antics, but sometimes just Rhett or Link's reactions to stuff or their personal persiflage. I like that they invent their own terms and be themselves... they're not trying to use the slang of the younger generations to appeal to them more. I feel like there's something in Good Mythical Morning for everyone, and that's really important. Thank you for a wonderful season 15 and for making us laugh and giving us hope. :)

I literally cried watching this. You can just tell that Rhett, Link, and the mythical crew love all of us just as much if not more than we love them. And that really hits hard for someone like me who is constantly battling their own mind every day. GMM is my daily escape, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I started watching you guys 6 years a go, when I was just 14, and my dad lived far away and I was going to be moving and I had no friends (my father is in the military and we couldn't move with him so he lived where he was stationed and we stayed behind for three years, my parents are still together and just made their 20 year anniversary, but those three years were really hard on us) You guys made me happy when everything I'm my life was changing. And when I moved as a freshman in highschool with no friends I would watch you guys and then some boy asked me if I was watching GMM and I said I was. And that's how I made friends, and even during the dark times I knew you would all be there. I'll be turning 20 soon and I have never been happier in my life and I'm so happy you are all still here and I'm going to need you here again when my boyfriend gets deployed soon. You are a source of comfort and laughter truly is the best medicine. Thank you Rhett and Link and the team I love you.

GMM means so much to me, I was recently diagnosed with scoliosis and had to start seeing a therapist for my anger issues I'm always upset and it hurts, but watching and talking about GMM makes me happy because I get to talk about the best channel in internet history!

I feel the same. On my hard anxiety days(I have a panic disorder), gmm helped me stay at work. I'd watch gmm on my break at work and then life would feel better.
Anxiety: Feeling everything.
Depression: Feeling nothing.
Both at the same time: Unspeakable horror.

I think the reason why I like the show so much is the true friendship between Rhett and Link.
I literally cried watching this. You can just tell that Rhett, Link, and the mythical crew love all of us just as much if not more than we love them. And that really hits hard for someone like me who is constantly battling their own mind every day. GMM is my daily escape, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I've been watching GMM for about four or five years, and it's always made a great start to my day and has brightened up a ton of aspects in my life, so thank you for everything

GMM has probably been the only thing I've been looking forward to everyday for 7 years.
I am just now watching this video a year later and GMM means everything to me. I work in a hospital and this pandemic has NOT been easy whatsoever.. I’ve become depressed and filled with nothing but anxiety but every morning I look so forward to watching Rhett and Link and knowing I’m gonna laugh and smile because of them makes these hard times so much better. Thank you Rhett and Link for all that you do and you’re so appreciated. ❤️
I’m watching this 2 years later and we are still in the pandemic. GMM has been so helpful during this stressful time. I watch every night as I go to bed. GMM helps curb my anxiety

Hearing all the kind comments from everyone who watches GMM was really heartwarming and got me crying with how beautiful this community is.
This season has so much meaning to me and has helped me through so many tough times, recently I’ve been going through a lot of stress and you guys helped me get through it and grow so much as a person, wish I found GMM sooner but I’m so glad that now that I’ve found it I’ll be able to join in the journey now (plus that means I can go through years worth of videos while I’m waiting for a new episode) 😊

I started watching you guys 6 years a go, when I was just 14, and my dad lived far away and I was going to be moving and I had no friends (my father is in the military and we couldn't move with him so he lived where he was stationed and we stayed behind for three years, my parents are still together and just made their 20 year anniversary, but those three years were really hard on us) You guys made me happy when everything I'm my life was changing. And when I moved as a freshman in highschool with no friends I would watch you guys and then some boy asked me if I was watching GMM and I said I was. And that's how I made friends, and even during the dark times I knew you would all be there. I'll be turning 20 soon and I have never been happier in my life and I'm so happy you are all still here and I'm going to need you here again when my boyfriend gets deployed soon. You are a source of comfort and laughter truly is the best medicine. Thank you Rhett and Link and the team I love you.

GMM means so much to me, I was recently diagnosed with scoliosis and had to start seeing a therapist for my anger issues I'm always upset and it hurts, but watching and talking about GMM makes me happy because I get to talk about the best channel in internet history!
