As a baby Stay, I wholeheartedly agree with your opinion. All the other groups are fantastic and incredibly talented, but Stray Kids just has something else. Stray Kids seriously bring their A game every time. They are my favorite group, but I do want to undo some common misinformation out of respect for the producers and artists. Historically, idol groups have not been allowed to make their own music, regardless if the group wanted to (which many did). This is because the industry heavily isolated the artist from the art - the artist was only there to perform what the company wanted them to perform. The company was in total control of the look, the sound, the performance, etc. MonstaX is a third generation group and have been producing a lot of their own music for awhile now. Jooheon/Joohoney of MonstaX is one of their main producers and is in the top 10 idols with the most production credits among all idols (currently #8). They also work with other producers. Ateez is fourth generation (debuted shortly after Stray Kids) and have been heavily involved in their own music. Hongjoong (leader) and Mingi (rapper) have credits in their music production. Among fourth generation groups Hongjoong and Mingi are 4th and 5th most credited idols (Stray Kid's 3RACHA - Bang Chan/Chris, Changbin, Han are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd). I don't know Ateez's ranking amongst all idols. Stray Kids is fourth generation, and was their company's (JYPE) first attempt at an idol group making their own music from day one. SKZ are self-produced and have final say on their music, but they do regularly collaborate with other producers on their tracks. Versachoi, one of JYPE's producers, is a frequent collaborator because he and Bang Chan (leader and main producer of SKZ) have been close friends for years. One thing about Stray Kids is they are PASSIONATE about music and we can FEEL the sincerity in their music! I always got goosebumps thinking in one sight they maybe look like just-your-another-group but no, they responsible for their own music and that’s such thing to respect them. I'm one who commented last time that it is strange to see their two fandoms hate on each other because a lot of people like both, and the groups themselves are friends, in particular Wooyoung and Changbin. Stray Kids have always gotten more hate than a lot of groups, no idea why. They use it to fuel their writing, though. If you do react to Thunderous, as I've seen people requesting it, it was in response to their music being called "noise music". When they first started, their music was quite different to most things out there and a lot of people didn't get it and thought it sounded chaotic. This is particularly true in their earlier stuff, which you'll see if you keep reacting to them. Thunderous is a song that basically says, oh, you think we're noisy? Here, then - have a wall of noise for your listening pleasure. 😂 And it's awesome.

Have I missed something? I had no idea STAY and ATINY were having issues. I guess I had no idea, I was really just hoping that since Treasures fandom had been trying to cause serious problems and give SKZ back oceans that meant everyone else would wait their turn. One at a time man. Lol Seriously though, there is a big problem in kpop SPECIALLY where SkZ is concerned. I'm sure that every single fandom has its reasons for hating SKZ and STAY, but it's getting out of hand. One thing I have noticed is that about 99% of the SKZ fandom (probably due to Chan asking everyone to not start anything) doesn't actually start anything. They get attacked. However!! We are certainly not innocent by any means. Because if STAY handled being attacked, or more accurately having SKZ be attacked, the right way, then that sentence would be the last one of this comment. And it's not.... Sadly, it's extremely obvious to me that this fandom has some pretty deep PTSD over the whole Woojin thing, and the whole Hyunjin one during "Kingdom". Then of course everything that the win at "Kingdom" caused within those fandoms too. And as a result, STAY as whole is extremely protective and rather quick to defend by any means necessary. Which isn't going to make it stop, instead it will just cause us to have to fight every single battle that will inevitably come up, over and over again. As much as I understand where the fandom is coming from, and as much as I do believe that this is a fandom that is truly full of beautiful souls. Much like Stray kids themselves. We are still imperfect human beings, and it's ok to admit we aren't free of guilt in these fanwars. Yes, it's true that 99% of our fans need to feel the group or the fandom being threatened before they get involved. However if we want to get to where we are no longer dealing with these awful fandom hate fests all the time, then we need to let the defensiveness and anger go. We are really going to have to trust that the guys can take care of themselves and that they can handle whatever any other fandom throws at them. And eventually they will stop coming at us. they do it because they are upset about something, which depends on the fandoms. Which is something they need to handle themselves as well. It really is heartbreaking that SKZ adores the members of Ateez (and vice versa) as well as pretty much every other group they come across. Yet this is how the fandoms repay love... Bullying, rumors, false allegations, black oceans, and malicious comments on bubble as well as on the members lives. It's all too much.... Oh yeah, that other 1% of STAY are absolutely insane. They are the kind of fans they help other fandoms to after certain members of SKZ. Usually because they stan only one member of the group. At the end of the day... I truly just hope things get better soon. None of these groups are like that, and I know the fans are all so much better than all this insanity.

I think some people had requested he try out Stray Kids on one of his Ateez reaction videos. (I'm not sure how else they expect someone to suggest a new group other than in the comments of another video, though.) So he asked whether there was beef between the two groups. Anyway, they were angry that anyone would suggest Stray Kids instead of just talking about Ateez in the comments, I guess. To me, suggesting Ateez or Stray Kids when you see someone enjoy one or the other makes sense as a lot of people like both groups. Chan has told Stay in livestreams that they need to just ignore hateful comments and not respond to them. As you said, I really wish everyone would actually follow that, as we all respect him so much and should do as he asks when it comes to this. I understand that it's difficult to not want to defend them, but it only increases the hate. Adding another angry voice to a group of angry voices only amplifies the anger. It does nothing for Stray Kids themselves, which is who these fans say they're fighting for. Both Chan and Hongjoong would disapprove of all of it.
I think the styles of different music videos are very different as well so it depends on the eye of the beholder, I love Stray Kids more than any other groups but others are fantastic

I'm an older woman who hasn't accomplished much in my life except for raising an amazing daughter. Even that almost didn't happen. They're coming back in March because they had to reschedule a couple concerts due to 3 of them contracting Covid. I'm so freakin' excited!

Not only do Stray Kids produce, compose and write all their own music but they're also the ones that have the final say on it. Most groups that do any sort of writing for themselves still need approval from their company and have had their music shot down but not SKZ. They release music whenever they want and have even changed the title track of their album last minute and it ended up being the song that kick started their success, God's Menu. Their CEO even said at one point that he was scared to show them a song he composed for them because they're the only ones that can say no if they don't like it. They've hit almost 50 genres at this point and slayed all of them. Not only that but the leader Bang Chan handpicked all the members which is never done in kpop. He also is the one that came up with the name, hell even the logo is his own handwriting! That's what makes their music so easy to connect to because you know that all of it is truly coming from their hearts

Yo I love Stray Kids so much. I’m not even necessarily a kpop fan, but these guys quickly became one of my favorite musical groups ever. Their music is so fun and so diverse. Although I often don’t love their songs on the first listen, the more I listen to the songs the more details I pick up, the better they get, until I find myself in love with the sound. Look forward to your STZ content! As for recommendations, definitely check out some of their main big songs (Maniac and God’s Menu, plus Thunderous, Case 143, Back Door, and Mirroh). And also check out other tracks. Red Lights and Taste are sexy. The Tortoise and the Hare, 3Racha, and Maze of Memories are heavy on rap. Top and Slump were beautiful anime openings. Christmas EveL is probably my favorite Christmas song ever lol Airplane, Any, The View, and Ice Cream are so chill and cool. The song FAM introduces the members. And then there are other awesome songs like Domino, Venom, Maknae on Top, Side Effects- and I’ll stop now because I could just gush about their music forever 😅

You should Really check out their other mv's, like Easy, Freeze, Thunderous and Christmas EveL. And they also wrote two songs (Han wrote) OST for Japanese Anime "Tower of God" that is the opening song "T.O.P." and the ending song "Slump", in which they also did a Live performance at Studio First Take.
Thank you for coming back for more Stray Kids. If you want to see an example of how Ateez and Stray Kids feel about each other watch their reactions of each others Kingdom performances and the Stray Kids' performance at K-Con L.A. in August, where Ateez was jamming to them from the side, and the Kids kept coming over to high five and joke around with them. I can't speak for Ateez, but I know Stray Kids choose not to focus on negativity. They pour it into their music and let that speak for them. Ex: Thunderous, which is a response to being called noise music and Cheese, which responds to things said about them. Bang Chan has, in his weekly live, several times encouraged fans to be loving and not seek revenge when hurt. And while I haven't found any Ateez songs that really hook me, the guys are amazing, friendly, and funny guys. Their music (so far) hasn't caught me, but I definitely love the members themselves. Kpop is honestly huge encompassing many genres, and while something may speak to you more than another, that's ok. Its music; and music is such a personal thing. No one will ever feel exactly the same way about a song that you do because it is our lives that lead us to respond to it. Just keep listening and loving. 😀 Also since you love their dancing I highly recommend checking out the Domino dance practice (they made a teaser MV but it isn't the whole song). That dance practice is crazy good.
I highly suggest for you to react to all the MVs people are suggesting in the comments, but I would also strongly suggest you to react to all of their performances on Kingdom. It's a reality competition with other k-pop groups, and you'll simply be blown away by their performances. The concepts they come up with for the stages, the way they use the sets and portray the songs.... Man you're not ready for this. SKZ simply brings the highest level of performance in the industry, in my humble opinion.

a lot of groups are now telling off fans for hating and being violent on other fandoms and groups and telling their own fans to stop crowding them at airports it gets so bad that members have fallen or got injured

Not only do Stray Kids produce, compose and write all their own music but they're also the ones that have the final say on it. Most groups that do any sort of writing for themselves still need approval from their company and have had their music shot down but not SKZ. They release music whenever they want and have even changed the title track of their album last minute and it ended up being the song that kick started their success, God's Menu. Their CEO even said at one point that he was scared to show them a song he composed for them because they're the only ones that can say no if they don't like it. They've hit almost 50 genres at this point and slayed all of them. Not only that but the leader Bang Chan handpicked all the members which is never done in kpop. He also is the one that came up with the name, hell even the logo is his own handwriting! That's what makes their music so easy to connect to because you know that all of it is truly coming from their hearts

Yo I love Stray Kids so much. I’m not even necessarily a kpop fan, but these guys quickly became one of my favorite musical groups ever. Their music is so fun and so diverse. Although I often don’t love their songs on the first listen, the more I listen to the songs the more details I pick up, the better they get, until I find myself in love with the sound. Look forward to your STZ content!
As for recommendations, definitely check out some of their main big songs (Maniac and God’s Menu, plus Thunderous, Case 143, Back Door, and Mirroh). And also check out other tracks.

You should Really check out their other mv's, like Easy, Freeze, Thunderous and Christmas EveL. And they also wrote two songs (Han wrote) OST for Japanese Anime "Tower of God" that is the opening song "T.O.P." and the ending song "Slump", in which they also did a Live performance at Studio First Take.

If you want to see an example of how Ateez and Stray Kids feel about each other watch their reactions of each others Kingdom performances and the Stray Kids' performance at K-Con L.A. in August, where Ateez was jamming to them from the side, and the Kids kept coming over to high five and joke around with them.
I can't speak for Ateez, but I know Stray Kids choose not to focus on negativity. They pour it into their music and let that speak for them. Ex: Thunderous, which is a response to being called noise music and Cheese, which responds to things said about them. Bang Chan has, in his weekly live, several times encouraged fans to be loving and not seek revenge when hurt.
And while I haven't found any Ateez songs that really hook me, the guys are amazing, friendly, and funny guys. Their music (so far) hasn't caught me, but I definitely love the members themselves.
Kpop is honestly huge encompassing many genres, and while something may speak to you more than another, that's ok. Its music; and music is such a personal thing. No one will ever feel exactly the same way about a song that you do because it is our lives that lead us to respond to it. Just keep listening and loving. 😀
Also since you love their dancing I highly recommend checking out the Domino dance practice (they made a teaser MV but it isn't the whole song). That dance practice is crazy good.
I highly suggest for you to react to all the MVs people are suggesting in the comments, but I would also strongly suggest you to react to all of their performances on Kingdom. It's a reality competition with other k-pop groups, and you'll simply be blown away by their performances. The concepts they come up with for the stages, the way they use the sets and portray the songs.... Man you're not ready for this. SKZ simply brings the highest level of performance in the industry, in my humble opinion.
They are my favorite because how their music is and the dancing wow. They sing about life how people even themselves go through, I do enjoy a lot of kpop groups,
