Goblins really like treasure, such as gold and stuff. Maybe later down the line, you could build a hoard room, which would be a great place to store all of your valuables too. Add some lore to it. As for a name suggestion for the empire... maybe something like Blacklake. If you use your imagination, the deepdark can be a lake. Or you could even build out a hole in the ground of the deepdark and do that foggy glass effect and make a "lake" like that?
I had the exact same idea for the horde room, it would make sense that there was a room full of things collected and maybe "borrowed" from the other players
fWhip really is one of the best builders in the community right now, and I think it's because there's consistently this painterly aspect to his buildings, if that makes sense. Everything's always very organic, asymmetrical, he chooses blocks because of their colours and textures rather than what the game says goes together. His builds feel like a sketch, which is a rare skill in a game that forces everything into 90 degree angles :)

A good name for the caves themselves would be the “Glistening Abyss.” However, I would not recommend it as the name for your empire. I also recommend that you have small “boroughs” or neighborhoods throughout the cave instead of one large city in the center of the cave. In between each neighborhood you could add points of interest such as statues, carts with supplies, and maybe even shops. Perhaps at the entrance of your empire you could have a mythical tree with a story behind it. I know many religions and cultures which are either centered around a mythical tree or mention a grand tree. So, it would be interesting to add a great tree at the entrance of your empire and from there write the story of the goblin kingdom.
When you start building over by the skulk(Deep Dark), start building with wool, so you don't have to sneak across everything. Even at the height you have the boardwalk, The Warden can still blast you off with its sonic boom-laser thing and the shriekers, I believe, can still hear you that far up.
Hey the deep darks is good to have the empire If u can get rid of the sensors and shreikers then u will have a mob proof area Bcz deep dark can only spawn the warden and no other mob
I would love to see a cave designed like hanging from the walls kinda, building into the walls of the caves with big bridges suspended across the cavern connecting lots of smaller areas

I haven't been able to find anyone else building in a 'goblin' style tho, so I can't wait to see what you do. Also, BONE BLOCKS. Lots and lots of bone blocks. Goblins like bones, take finders keepers very seriously, and everything is treasure. From my experience, clutter will help make your build feel very goblin.

I’m so excited for this! I also really love the endstone in the starter house, no one ever really uses it and it can be such a nice block! For a build idea maybe a big dragon statue to mourn the fallen Ender Dragon as a build at some point would work? Or a Thieves market, because Goblins are commonly known to be very good thieves, and lovers of valuables. Or even a thieves market built around a dragon statue? No matter what you do I’m incredibly excited to see more Empires!

Once you have some silk touch, it might be a good trick to pick up the shriekers and place them right back down! Shriekers don't spawn the warden if they're placed by a player or generated by a catalyst (last I checked), but do any empires that might become your enemies know that? Maybe not! Only issue is you'd have to make three-thick walls on any structure that uses shriekers as a defense, to put wool in the middle so you're not constantly being blinded

Empires Season 2. I honestly can't wait. For me some of you guys uploaded at 12 o'clock at night so I only watched half of Sausage's before I collaped. First thing I did this morning when I woke y up at 10:30 was watch the rest and then move onto yours. I love Empires. Can't wait for the rest of it
You should add a trap like in Star Wars when Luke drops into the manticores den with the deep dark. If someone offers you a bad trade, they drop down and have to die to a warden! I think that would lead to hilarious moments

So making them little huts on the cave walls with floating bridges/paths connecting them. A glass ball farm. Again- floating g over the cave floor- a huge glass ball in the cave which holds your animals and/ or crops. It would be a cool addition. Lastly, perhaps a display of all your picaxes- (if you kept them) a small display case for your success 😊 That’s all- Love ur vids! Cant wait for the next one 👏❤️
The cave empire needs a front entrance that comes in through a long windy gradually-downward-sloping cave path, with lots of dark ledges overhead, all carefully set up so that with the flick of a lever you can turn off the ceiling lighting, leaving the path dimly lit but allowing the dark ledges above to spawn creepers. Because you just never know when you might suddenly develop a need for nosy visitors to accidentally get blown up on their way in.
I think for the Goblin Empire you could lean into fantasy naming OR extremely juvenile grossness 😂 so you could name the base Sharptooth Cavern or Beastymouth Gullet. Love the build style!

Goblins are notoriously none for stealing, pulling peoples hair, and rivaling a poltergeists pranks and mischievous deeds, you could possibly add something to your empire that symbols that. A nother thing that goblins are none for is there treasure hordes and tendinsey to lead lost travelers astray.
After making like twenty Minecraft worlds and finding zero Mangrove Swamps, I decided to make a 1.0 world and now I'm hooked. I've decided that I want to do modern Minecraft things that are pointless in 1.0 like keeping Villagers. That's my first goal, but moving Villagers in 1.0 is... tedious... And I love it! 😍
This is incorrect. The Warden can spawn anywhere in the Deep Dark, provided that there is a shrieker that gets activated. You do not need to be in the Ancient City.
So excited for S2! The starter house is super fun--love the "wonky" style. As for stuff for the cave, how about a field of blue mushrooms (like the fields in your hardcore world)? =)
At the end of the episode when everyone enters the End, you can count 11 people who got the achievement for going in, the only person missing was Smajor. I watched his first episode and he didn't mention anything about it but that doesn't clear him of suspicion.
A nice start to Empires 2, and 2 mysteries to begin with. 1. Who went to the End first and killed the dragon? and 2. Why does fWhip have Gem's head? Off to Gem''s, to see if I can find 1 answer.

A fun thing for the goblin cave empire might be a series of aquaducks carrying water from one pool to another and from above to the lower levels of the caves, added bonus it would be a way to get around with water elevators for eairly game :)

You should build a massive drilling machine that the Goblin Empire will use to mine resources and/or reach the core of the planet (or maybe just the nether). Think about that, it would be awesome if you could build this at the bottom of the overworld with the back half sticking out of the world (as if it already drilled all the way down) and the front half sticking out of the roof of the nether (or I guess the ceiling since the nether roof is a floor).

Goblins are notoriously none for stealing, pulling peoples hair, and rivaling a poltergeists pranks and mischievous deeds, you could possibly add something to your empire that symbols that. A nother thing that goblins are none for is there treasure hordes and tendinsey to lead lost travelers astray.
Love the base, please try hard to avoid the antisemetic money hoarding goblin tropes in this series though

After making like twenty Minecraft worlds and finding zero Mangrove Swamps, I decided to make a 1.0 world and now I'm hooked. I've decided that I want to do modern Minecraft things that are pointless in 1.0 like keeping Villagers. That's my first goal, but moving Villagers in 1.0 is... tedious... And I love it! 😍

This is incorrect. The Warden can spawn anywhere in the Deep Dark, provided that there is a shrieker that gets activated. You do not need to be in the Ancient City.

As for stuff for the cave, how about a field of blue mushrooms (like the fields in your hardcore world)? =)

At the end of the episode when everyone enters the End, you can count 11 people who got the achievement for going in, the only person missing was Smajor. I watched his first episode and he didn't mention anything about it but that doesn't clear him of suspicion.

A nice start to Empires 2, and 2 mysteries to begin with. 1. Who went to the End first and killed the dragon? and 2. Why does fWhip have Gem's head? Off to Gem''s, to see if I can find 1 answer.

A fun thing for the goblin cave empire might be a series of aquaducks carrying water from one pool to another and from above to the lower levels of the caves, added bonus it would be a way to get around with water elevators for eairly game :)

I think it would be really cool if the cave empire contained a chaotic and beautiful mix of intercrossing bridges, both sturdy stone and simple rope :)
You should build a massive drilling machine that the Goblin Empire will use to mine resources and/or reach the core of the planet (or maybe just the nether). Think about that, it would be awesome if you could build this at the bottom of the overworld with the back half sticking out of the world (as if it already drilled all the way down) and the front half sticking out of the roof of the nether (or I guess the ceiling since the nether roof is a floor).

I feel like Goblins would have a big army for defending the cave. So maybe build like a military barracks to house the villagers connected to a forge for crafting and smelting.
