Best thing to clean your shower floor (you will be AMAZED-I was!) use 1 part Blue Dawn dishing detergent and 1-2 parts of white vinegar. Warm vinegar on the stove or microwave (this helps to bind with the Dawn). Once it’s warm mix with Dawn and put in spray bottle. Spray shower until completely covered. Now walk away for 10 minutes. Come back and rinse, AMAZING! No scrubbing needed. ( you don’t need to warm vinegar each time you use, only when you are mixing products the first time). Loved your video!

I clean houses and one of them she strictly** uses these towels and they are AMAZING!!! She also has the same type of shower as you and I go over the glass parts and the knobs, handles and shower head with the “mirror” cloth after I wipe down everything with the main cloth. It comes out perfect Everytime!! I love those things.

You should think about adding the matching pedestals to your washer and dryers, extra storage and makes them a better height for loading - no more stooping. 2 try Method daily shower spray - keeps your shower cleaner. My favorite cleaning tools for my dark tile shower floor are a super firm bristle brush, dish soap and baking soda. It really really gets it clean!! I loved the video!
For your stove top if you ever get anything burnt onto it or weird stains. Use easy off the one in the aerosol that sprays a foam. Cover the stains with a decent layer and let sit for 8 hours then wipe it with a wet rag works like a charm. ❤️ Love this video.

I used to work as a housekeeper at an apartment complex and they had glass stove tops. Another good thing to use is a window glass scraper or a straight razor to scrape off cooked food. It works so well even on food that’s been on it for months!
A tip my mom taught me to make the house smell amazing all day is when moping the floors put fabric conditioner in the floor wash mixture OMG. It’s amaze and obvs use warm water
Dawn dish soap is a life saver for black glass stove tops. Put a little on a sponge or rag, keep wiping until most of the soap is gone, dry it off. If any greasy residue is left use diluted water + ammonia and bam! Perfect stove top
I learned from my mother in law, who ALWAYS has a clean house, that organization is key. Ive worked for a few months to organize my house and it makes upkeep a billion times easier. I feel like it is key to maintaining the hard work that goes into cleaning
Costco has that mop now - and all the other Nellie line of cleaning products. We always just do our own cleaning. You aid you had the "deep cleaners" that used to clean your house, and we looked at each other and said "what is that?" LOL We are just used to doing everything ourselves. Great video LeighAnn. Fun, new style of video for you! I work for a high end hardwood flooring company and if your floors are hardwood, I highly advise that you DO NOT use vinegar to clean your floors. It is acidic and will break down the finish on your floors. Which, in time, will ruin them. We recommend Glitsa to all our clients (you can get on Amazon). And not only is it PH balanced and a great floor cleaner, it can be used on any surface, so it kills many birds with one stone! Always love your content, been watching for years, thanks!

So satisfying watching someone else clean. I’ve been cleaning my house for years and always think I’m going to hire someone instead to do it. When I think of all the money that we have saved over the years it’s incredible! I have painted the inside of every house we have ever lived in. My husband retired at the age of 55 and we have no financial worries. Someday we’ll be able to travel and see the world but unfortunately that has been on hold. Do it yourself if you are physically able to. Good for the body and your soul! You did an awesome job! Grant and adorable Luna will be so proud!

The only cleaning product i can really recommend for most shower problems is Clorox Tilex. You spray it, leave it for a while, and it does very well! The only con in my opinion is the wait time. We normally spray the walls and floor of the shower and then leave it for about an hour and then wipe it all off and it really helps get rid of most soap scum and even mold and mildew spots(very important if you live in a humid area like me).
I love this kind of video and it is super motivating! Have you tried using a combo of baking soda and regular dish soap for your shower tile (or even just baking soda)? I’ve had the most success getting rid of shower gunk with those.
leighann.. those scrubby gloves are sooo good to use to clean your makeup brushes. Put the cleaner on the glove and just swirl your brush against the nubs and rinse. try it.

Sorry about the spill on your books. Last week our kitten knocked over two plants I'm rooting (thanks to you) and the water went over the top of our rolltop desk, so after mopping up we had to dry out the inside of the rolltop canvass. I used to get upset but after many, many, many years of things like that happening I'm so less stressed. People, kids, pets are more important than things, really they are (but that takes years of destruction and "Oh, well, can't replace that and not going to kill the cat.") I love that you have a coffee table and coffee table books. It reminds me of my mom's.

A really good way to dust lamp shades is it use a lint roller. Sounds odd, but it picks it up instead of moving it around of that makes sense. 💕🌸😍

leighann.. those scrubby gloves are sooo good to use to clean your makeup brushes. Put the cleaner on the glove and just swirl your brush against the nubs and rinse. try it.

Sorry about the spill on your books. Last week our kitten knocked over two plants I'm rooting (thanks to you) and the water went over the top of our rolltop desk, so after mopping up we had to dry out the inside of the rolltop canvass. I used to get upset but after many, many, many years of things like that happening I'm so less stressed. People, kids, pets are more important than things, really they are (but that takes years of destruction and "Oh, well, can't replace that and not going to kill the cat.") I love that you have a coffee table and coffee table books. It reminds me of my mom's.

You should get a dish drain for the dishes you wash by hand! They can drip dry in the rack & the counter won’t be sopping wet as they dry. ♥️♥️
