I’m so pleased you have bought some more chickens mark his so kind and thoughtful wanting to give them corn as a moving in present l hope mr Cockrell is going to be alright maybe that storm upsetting him Hopefully he will like his new girls.Even Ida was interested in what was in the box. He looks down in the dumps poor lad. Marks spoiling the girls already. I know nothing about chickens but they look lovely The cockerel will think all his birthdays have come at once. Lovely variety of ladies😂
Fab - nice to give the hens a moving-in present. Now and again we would casually drop little treats into our puppies crate so she would see it as a place where good things happen and a safe space. Do you know, I've never really thought about the origins of the phrase 'Pecking Order' before. Seeing your chickens it makes perfect sense. Also.. you've inspired me.. I fancy cooking paella today! Here in Ireland there’s very few people growing their own produce anymore and bringing them to market … very sad so lovely to hear you both heading to the market, it’s the same in America… incredible markets 👍🏻
