How a boat handles is subjective. An individual should always sea trail in conditions they would expect to see, and perform docking manuvers in same conditions.. Fuel burn depends on outboard choice (225, 250, 300, or 350). I belive the 350's still maintain a +1gpm at cruise (27 mph) but drop down to .75 at full throttle (around 50 mph).
