This looks like a hard but fun event that I plan to do. I love the early videos right when the event starts so there is time to decide whether or not to spend the effort on these events. Keep up the good work.
Even if you have to spend to Stage 3 parts it's smart to get cars as they come out first, you'll get more gold in the WTT when you can use it to usually get at least 50 back.
In recent updates they also tend to do upgrade sales on newly added cars so you can fully tune the rest of it then for 40-55% OFF or around what Stage 3 cost ya to begin with.
I've been hoarding A LOT of gold and get most every new car this way too.
That’s a good strategy. Either way you’re not buying the car, you’re only buying upgrades. That’s a lot cheaper than having to buy the car and later buy upgrades.
For sure, if you're buying cars with gold you'll always be broke when there's one you really want, unless it's a lower tier car.
Sales save thousands of gold when used properly, meaning 40% and up, only ~1300 gold later I got a 919 Hybrid fully tuned, normally 2000+.

Hey ME7 I like to wait 2 days behind starting events to take in what’s needed get through, between you and SMR you have very different approaches to advents, you are on the fun side and SMR on the serious side, but you both have respect from me as a c racer and find that you both make it fun and be better to achieve better results with little gold which makes it all with while, so thank you
You’re welcome, glad it helps. I love that Speedmaster and I often do events differently. That way the viewing public has multiple options.

I found all three upgrades were needed because of a so-called double edged sword. For 5.2, you need the grip since the tires degrade and you need cornering speed to catch Natalia. For 5.4, you need the speed to hit 330kph and the brakes help to slow down faster and get into a drift. If someone wanted to try without the brakes (1131113), you could probably try but I don't know if it's possible.
For 5.5, I also made a mistake at T1 on the last lap and was surprised not to fail even after a 2 second excursion.
Was originally going to do stage by stage but I've been busy, so I'll be releasing a hardest goals tutorial later today or tomorrow.

Thanks for the tips ME7, I managed to complete all stages, with 15 UPGs. However I ran about 10 minutes over offline, so got all the rewards apart from the car. Keep up the great work!!!

I love and hate your videos. Love ‘em cos they show me the proper line to play. Thank you!! Hate em cos they remind me that I’m in my 70s and no longer have the quick reflexes and sharp focus that I had many moons ago. Finally got it. I'm a group F player and this stage is so hard for me especially 5.2, and i don't race at lime rock often. I almost give up but i remembered i've finished the 2020 monaco gp event which is much harder than this, so i regained my spirit. And yeah i finally got it, thanks for the tips and braking point ME7 😃

I hope there are some cool endless endurance races for this car, because it seems pretty nice to drive
By looking at its Season 2 series, doesn’t seem like there are any, but there probably should be in an Exclusive Series if it gets one in an upcoming update.
Races in the Seasons series tend to pay pretty bad. They usually give the most expensive car an exclusive series in the next update.
On fandom someone did it without the brakes upgrade, which sets it at 140GC.
Wow, that’s ridiculously hard. That person is a very good driver. Race 5.2 was incredibly hard for me with the upgrades I had.
Well it was worth it and good fun getting it. After a lot of skipping came more skipping due to time constraints, expensive but what else do you do with gold.
I only had the standard version of this car (the BC has a black roof so no good for vinyls).
After playing the game since 2014 earning 170 or there about cars, fully upgrading only the ones I like (no interest in Ferrari). It becomes a bit of a sameness, I collect my daily rewards and save them (greatly improved in recent years).
Having the final day at the new track was a little much, it takes me ages to learn a track and even then I’m not competitive. I know how much you love the recommended PR events and I like the way you squeeze them for all they’re worth. I just don’t have the time or the interest in doing that myself.
About 8 years ago I decided only to earn cars that could receive a fully vinyl wrap, were fun to drive and an engine noise unlike the Lotus Evia, that thing is ear splitting. I still have 3% of the gold I have ever earned and am happy to go month without earning cars (they all go on the same tracks anyway).

Thanks for that feedback. I think it’s important to have your own goals. At first my goal is to have every car and finish the game. After doing that several times I realized I just didn’t have the time to keep it going. That was a let down for a while but then I realized I could just focus on cars I really like. I probably have 200+ cars that I never drive or only drive if there’s a Weekly time trial or something like that. I’m glad you found a way to enjoy the game you’re on the way. 👍
I finally just did 5.2 after about 100 attempts then 5.3 in 3 attempts,I had one extra upgrade as follows 1131332.
@me7: Do you know, whether you got the recommended pr of stage 5.5 with all "3" Upgrades of that car? I want to invest the helmets needed for upgradestage "2"
I checked out a couple of other videos, and that’s what it looks like. So far I haven’t seen anyone do all threes but I’m sure someone in my comment section has. I just haven’t made it through all of them yet. Traditionally it’s all threes for recommended PR.

I would say a definite no. Tier 1 is only 7 upgrades and I had 13 upgrades. Race 5.2 and 5.4 are for sure no. You will not hit speed in race 5.4. Race 5.3 is maybe… Race 5.5 is no again. That is least 305 gold in skips vs 200 gold in upgrades.

And they do need a new copy writer. Too many words, except for stage 3.1 with 'flee' and noone knows what that means either. 😂
I was going to suggest that, that people go to these upgrades right away. Then you have to make sure you still finish as close as possible to the actual goals. Like if it says, finish in fifth place than only finish in fifth place, not third or second or first. That’ll help to keep the bots under control.
This will be tough one if you have 14 or less upgrades
Done it with 1131133 - it's fun to drive this with Lime Rock, hypercar on a fast-flowing circuit is nice
I can do better in terms of narrow wins btw, passed 5.1 with 0.001s ahead of Zoe (she wasn't stuck behind the Silvia, so my finishing time was some 2 seconds shorter than you just to able to catch her)
okay so i finally complete the rounds sadly i didnt save enough gold so my stats 1222232 it is quite tough the 5.1 is quite simple just dodge a lot then easily get the goal finish then 5.2 i hit the wall quite hard that from 1111111 to 1222232 i have to change my approach on this car plus the track at 1:30 i put lesser braking and more to acceleration which sometimes risky cause can fail easily then 1:35 i gone full throttle then all just muscle memory then 5.3 when starting of white line at left side at 3:27 i start braking hard then chicane part the 3 part chicane you can take a lot more than you think despite it is no off track but if you mount correctly you can full blast out and last corner i also full throttle only a tiny lift on throttle upgrades still is 1222232 then 5.4......i have to change again my driving approach which i use is brake steering which is in reality it will worn the tires much faster but since this game dont have that physics i take advantage of it when i reach 320km/h then i tilt a bit earlier and basically gradual like michael schumacher or kimi raikkonen steering which is early apex plus throttle earlier then doing it again then by lap 3 you can catch eric and that it for 5.4 then for 5.5 it just down to your muscle memory plus your driving approach and since there is an developer error for last stage i able to abuse the power again but driving approach complete different i use aggersive steering style like alonso back in 2005 and just blast out throttle then last one for full lap your turn 1 after pit lane brake hard then turn 2 i tap brake a bit then turn 3 a bit heavy breaking then turn just tap brake and accelerate then high speed corner 2 of it my driving approach is just full throttle and turn early then last corner i full throttle it so last stage is all down to muscle memory and how well your driving style is

I am in the Zenith series but have never seen this track except the Aston Martin event

This was nothing compared to the Inheritance where you win the Ferrari 812 Super Fast, I can race well but had to give up twice on that Ferrari.
It was my first event challenge when I first started playing this game in '19.
This is impossible for me because of the experience that I have. But still I will try my hardest to reach stage 5.
If you’ve got the currency, I would say go to all 3’s for upgrades right now. Then try to just quit and retry a race 10 or 12 times and see if the times go down. For really short races, you might actually want to run the race but then finish in last place multiple times. Just to see if it actually makes a difference. This could make stage four and five easier for you. This is traditional bot slowing, which can be done when you are at or above Recommend a PR.
@@ME7_RR3 Well. I don't have currency at all to upgrade at least all 2's. Just yesterday, I reached stage 5 goal 2 but that's it. My upgrade pattern is 1121121. And I am leaving this hear right now, next time I will be able to complete it while getting the car too.

Hi there, I’ve only made one. It would basically look the same for any car. It’s actually a fair amount of work to get the device in place, transfer massive video files, and then perfectly synchronize them. I agree that it probably should be off track but it’s how they have coded this track. If I had all my tires on the grass right at 2:37 I would’ve been off track. Thankfully, I managed to save it.😅
ME7 thanks for 5.4! I passed 5.1-5.3 on 1111133 without assists on camera hood. Is it possible to pass 5.4 without additional upgrades? On the rr3 wiki, this is the minimum strategy. It is not enough to pick up speed and slow down, even if you do not let go of the gas from the start. Did you try to pass with two gold upgrades?
I did try, but I couldn’t do it. That’s pretty impressive!

I have no idea. You’d have to be one of the best… or it’s a typo. I know some people there, so I’m checking. Several who are better than me also needed 3 level 3 upgrades.

5.2. How you stayed full throttle? It's really hard.
If you have different upgrades, then it will definitely change things. I take it you’re talking about right when the race starts. That is quite difficult! A tiny braking point or even lifting off the throttle for a little bit won’t slow you down that much. However, it could give you more control.
@@ME7_RR3 after half an hour on 5.2 I passed it thanks to your braking points. The rest was easy, and I got the car!!

And man I've realised another thing which is how bad I am at this game, the way you take corners is so snappy and how pixel perfect they are is truly amazing.
No way to pass 5.4 using the last control scheme in this silly game, why they have to send you deep into a corner with AI to start is beyond me....challenge is quite easy otherwise past that BS.
What kind of a "Real race" starts like this ?!👎
Unfortunately, buttons is the worst control setting. It’s impossible to have a nice steady corner with that control option. With the tapping of the buttons, your car is jerking a bit, which makes it lose traction when you’re pushing the limits. Every other type of setting allows you to hold a race line through a corner, keep your trajectory stable. It’s very beneficial to use one of the other settings if that’s possible for you. Tilt B is arguably the best and the most common setting amongst the upper players. It gives you the option to have neither brakes or gas, which enables you to pull out of a skid fast.
You absolutely have the option to just let off the gas with these controls while not braking and I think I do pretty well in TTCs too when I happen to have a car for it and rank strong B most weeks.
I don't EVER repeat these for longer then one hour right before expiration or my phone will take an express flight across my apartment😅
Personally I only observed huge disadvantages while doing Track Day competitions specifically when you start in mid-corner.
The brakes or throttle are ok because you can keep you finger where the icon will appear once you're in control of the car and it will do what I want but the steering wheel is a whole another story.
Your car will turn violently if you touch and hold too early or not turn at all, it's a random bag of tricks.
If both icons used the same scripts it would be huge help.
I suppose not many people use that scheme so not many are complaining about it to FM, not that it would matter.
I have some vids of these events while using these on screen controls, it's actually not as bad as most think otherwise.
