Well this trailer is targetted to the younger audience as this will air with Beauty and the Beast (plus its an extended version of the Kids Choice Awards trailer). its not airing with PG-13 movies, if it were it would been like the previous trailers

I absolutely agree Tyrant, the fact that the film references what's happened before gives me some hope for it. They're establishing some real continuity for the series instead of starting things over with each movie.
Also, Brains is a different character from Wheelie. Wheelie's the robot who first appeared in the second film, he's got wheels for feet.

Well this trailer is airing with PG movies, not Pg-13 movies, so this trailer is aimed at the younger kids, not us older fans.
Some of y'all need to take a chill pill. The movie isn't even out yet and your saying it's already bad? And some of y'all are bashing so hard on the girl, you have to be a closed minded person in order to miss the point. In all the other movies the women were a damsel in distress, they're trying to show that just cuz your a girl doesn't mean you can't help. That's all. I'm looking forward to this movie cuz I see more positive than negative.

Although Isabela Moner's character was not as relevant as it could have been, she left an extraordinary performance with the little screen time that Bay gave her. She was beautiful, epic and powerful, I miss her so much 😞

Is it just me or is this film forcing how "tough" izzy is down our throats. I get she's a strong female character and that's totally fine. It's a nice change after tessa. But instead of forcing crap like this down our throats over and over. How about you just show us instead of annoy us with constant reminders of how "tough" she is. Take Logan for example. That young lady was a complete bad ass! But they didn't shove this "how strong she is" nonsense down our throats. They. Just. Showed. It. So please no more shitty trailers like this Paramount.

This trailer was made for the Kids Choice Awards and she's a nickelodeon star, conenct the 2 together and you will see why this about her, plus this will also with Beuaty and the Beast, thsi trailer is not targeted at us older fans, its aimed at kids.
Plus even if Bay was not the director, it would've still been human centric, as the decision was made before Bay was even hired to do the first movie

What a lot of people fail to realize is the reason they are using more kids in the movie is because historically, Transformers was designed to be marketed towards kids, and use Kids in the main cast. So true TF fans should know that seeing kids being used as a main role character here shouldn't be a surprise.
I know your comment is 5 years ago, but just wanted to say that yes, exactly. The Transformers franchise is primarily for kids and that some human kid characters in the franchise are great. Examples are Cody Burns from rescue bots, Raf, Miko and Jack from Prime, Sari Sumdac from Animated. But Izzy from Transformers The Last Knight is a terrible kid character because she literally did nothing at all and is cringeworthy. The filmmakers did poorly on her.

Optimus is not the Last Knight its Sir Bunton (anthony hopkins) hes the last of the Witwicki decendants. Hes plays a HUGE role in the film. I just saw it today at the IMAX event. The whole film was shot in IMAX 3D no conversion or anything like that but too bad it was only a 30min preview.
