Your passion for teaching and for PM is very apparent in your videos. You take a very dry and sometimes confusing subject and make it crystal clear. Thank you!
Topics presented by you become crystal clear into students mind. Your teaching skills are very good and helps understand topics to the core. You are doing an incredible job of sharing your tutorials via videos (EVM, Quality tools etc etc) and reaching out to people who really want to learn Project Management. Thanks a ton!
Having went through a text book with my lecture in 2 days... it gives me great pleasure in accessing your videos for revision in order to prepare for my exam. Thank you so much and I certainly will learn a lot towards achieving my goal for a degree in PM. Trevor: South Africa

Our advice is just think how you decompose the work at different level, say heading Level 1 of your scope statement may become the level 1 WBS and sub heading may become the level 2. The idea is how to I plan my work in bite size pieces which ultimately help me in achieving my scope.
