I had some other things I needed to step away and take care of. Hopefully I resolved it. I was having trouble for the last few weeks as my Facebook was hacked and in short had to create a new account and do it all over. It won’t let you connect a business page from Facebook I have no clue why. I’m dealing with this now and also on instagram when you try to add a professional account it links to your personal account and makes it public if you had your personal page private

@@StewartGauld I did, and its connected to correct facebook page and the correct commerce/business manager. The only thing I can think of is its stuck in review mode which I have no way of knowing since on shopify it still says set up now. and on the commerce manager it says to set up now. I do recall going through instagram when i was setting it up by logging into the whole meta business manager site. so thats the only thing I can think that might trigger this whole issue (as in not showing up and also saying onboarded to a different commerce manager)

Head back into Facebook and make sure that all your assets are under that managers account.
