R: round
mr = magic ring
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc in the next stitch)
dec = decrease (join the next 2 stitches into 1)
sl st = slip stitch
st = stitch
ch = chain
F.O = finish off
[ ] = number of stitches you should have at the end of the round/row
( ) x 6 = repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated

I think she missed “2sc” at the end in her description.
Should be:
Row 15: (2sc, dec, 2sc) x2 , 2sc (white) , (dec, 4sc, dec, 2sc) = [20]
It’s done in the video but probably just mistyped.

On round 5, if there is 15 stitches on each leg. And you connect them, that's 30 stitches, and increasing every 4 stitches all around, you get 36?
I increased on one leg, and I got 36 stitches. Am I doing something wrong?

Yep! If you do use a bigger hoom with acrylic yarn the holes might be bigger in some places so you might see stuffing though
