As an experienced pro at TopSpin I have to admit this game is really good… the animations and grunts are so accurate and the gameplay is satisfying. The problem with TopSpin is that your character moves around by themselves and points are over in a flash which is slightly unrealistic. This game has alot of features so I might give it a go if someone can show me how to play with a controller instead of mouse and keyboard. Having said all that I must confess that TopSpin has some ridiculously good shot animations - one being in particular the Tweener shot that no other tennis game has pulled off except Matchpoint Tennis Championships. If this game has tweeners then I’m migrating to it in a flash but only after I buy TopSpin 5 which is releasing just around the corner so yeah. I’m also betting that the online community are live and active in this game because PC players go hard so I’m definitely considering it but again I must say that TopSpin is king without a doubt. This game is just a cheap competitor for Tennis Elbow 😂
Top spin is so unrealistic, cant believe ppl think its good just because of its graphics, players move too quick, wrong technique, no variation in spin, the ball trajectory is off. Top spin is for noobs
@@audox4885 I wouldn’t say it’s for noobs, it’s the fact that it’s the best tennis game on the market in my opinion in a genre that is clearly dying I’m just so happy TS5 has actually been announced after all these years. It is a good game but obviously tennis games should be better like you say so I agree to an extent. One thing that sold me on Yopspin is the fact that you can execute tweener shots - something I’ve only seen in 1 other tennis game. thus far and that was Matchpoint Tennis Championships which is worse than Topspin by a country mile. I’ve played a ton of tennis games so I’m very experienced, I’m currently ranked very high on TWT2 and rinsed that game out so far but I had alot of fun during my TS4 days on the PS3 when I was top 5 in rankings so yeah trust me when I say that Topspin is a great game. Definitely getting 5 on release, hopefully the community will be live but unfortunately from my experience there’s alot of haters out there towards tennis games because they are literally quite shit at the games lol
@@NabillMussa You don't get tweeners in Full Ace. But here's an opinion of someone who's been playing it for 3 years: there's no better gameplay THAN THAT. And it all comes down to ball physics, really. Ball trajectory, speed, spin is like 90% of the entire gameplay, and Full Ace does it brilliantly. When you do hit a top spin or flat winner, close to the line, my man, that feels almost as good as in real life. Don't get me wrong, Top Spin is a great game. But it feels like the developers are always trying to "reduce" the ball trajectory speed so the players can actually chase it, somehow. There's none of that in Full Ace. Here's the catch: it's an indie game, and there's only one developer. So that is why you don't get real life movements or reach-in animations, but I must honestly say, I could care less. The movements are good enough, the mods the community provide bring to the game the strokes and serves for 40 real players, so you're met halfway on that aspect. All in all, it's a simulation game, so the learning curve is steep. And even when you have good timing and positioning, your shot might go off. This is to really portrait real life: even real Djoko makes unforced errors here and there. In the end, you'll feel frustrated at times, and at others totally satisfied with how you won a game. Plus, the game is always being updated - recently the players were updated to newer animations, so we are always pleased with the improvements. I'd say: get it!
This game seems to be missing defensive animations - shots where the players stretch out to reach for the ball under pressure. It's either miss or make in the game
looking at the federer fh at 1:13 its looking very strange its not only federer forhend and after slowing down the footage I managed to see that the ball is laging behind the racket he already swong and the ball is late to follow the racket and its the reason why it looks so weird sometimes at least for me
The game alters the animation in order to try to fit the situation and it causes it to look kinda of strange sometimes. In this case it looks like quite a late input so the game had to adjust quickly in order not to miss the ball.

I know its made by one guy I bought the game and I play it and I like it very much, I'm just making a conversation in case the creator of animations is also aware there is something strange happening
This is the closest game that can match the greatest tennis game top spin 4. The other new tennis game like ao tennis and world tour tennis is trash compare to this game. Im not talking about graphic, but im talking about the physic, movement of player and gameplay.

Why is that? Yes the running and side movements are not that fluid , but the player animations are spot on (kind of).
The rallying is so satisfying when you play you don't even notice the movement
Will there ever be a woman version? Haven't seen it on Full Ace. Not buying the game.
