The pixel voice of tails is amazing!
If you guys don't know the lore and context of Tails' Insanity, Tails goes away for a little bit and Eggman's anger grows sky-high and he k!lls Tails' friends. When Tails get's back, he sees his de@d friends and becomes really sad. The reason he's singing isn't to beat and/or battle Eggman, it's to calm himself down from what he's seeing. He rips out his eyes to try and not see his friends being de@d but he can still see them de@d.

Context: so tails left to get something and returns to see all his friends dead and assuming it has something todo with dr eggy cuz hes alive and tails was the only survivor. Tails always dreamed of being very brave like sonic and then this one scene from a sonic game tails said " sonic help me! ". Apart from that singing actually helped tails to calm down but realising this wasnt enough and pulls it, and still can see rlly puts the shiver down my spines. Also the reason its called " Insanity " and not "Eyeless" or something cuz tails goes insane singing to ripping your eyeballs (also its my theory not cannon)
