- Unknown to his parents, Leo experienced a stroke during his birth that caused hydrocephalus, the buildup of fluid in the cavities (ventricles) deep within the brain. The excess fluid increased the size of the ventricles and put pressure on Leo's brain.
Despite appearing healthy and happy at first, Leo's condition steadily worsened to where he was considered a "failure to thrive," leaving his parents searching for answers that they didn't get for the first year of Leo's life.
Not willing to accept that his only recovery options were traditional occupational and physical therapy, Leo's parents set out to find advanced treatment programs. Fortunately, they found @ApexbraincentersAvl and immediately began seeing improvements in Leo's condition.
I had a shunt in at 18months got meningitis had to put another one 2yrs old then at 12 the tube needed changing😂😂 and spent the next 36yrs suffering as an impact. Had to have another gene test done just now. 😢😢

@@DeepaBhoir-hh2hh he is 3 months old now ,I see he is doing ok for now .like the baby routine , feeding normal, sleeping normal ,playing he even started to talk (baby talk),.the only problem is that he is not sleeping well on the sidw od thw hwad where it was operated,but i believe in time it will be ok .
My baby has been diagnosed with hydrocephalus & has been delivered prematured (25 days before delivery date). Is being treated using Omaya with daily taping requirement. Since last 15 days there is no requirement of taping. What can we conclude... require your suggestion..
