The first time I heard about boba way, I decided to check it out and test it on my Taiwanese wife. I learned mandarin while living in Taiwan but only know a few phrases in Taiwanese. I tried a few things and it worked. Then it asked to validate a sentence. I read it out loud to my wife, not knowing what it was and my wife got very mad. She said it was extremely dirty and vile. So I think some people are sabotaging your website. I really want to learn Taiwanese so I can understand even my in-laws and friends are not speaking Mandarin.
I truly apologize for this! It’s true that there are people submitting some mistranslations, but also what the software does is open a new tab with a possible translation and ask for your help validating it, so that may be what you saw. I’m working on fixing this!!
