- hii everyone! welcome back to my diary.
this week is a montage of my 2 weeks in LA. i basically followed my sisters home for their spring break and was thankfully able to work remotely during my whole trip. being here these past 2 weeks has really reminded me of why I love LA so much - the beaches calm me, the korean food is elite, and there are never-ending cafes (with BOMB matcha) to try. i'm grateful to have spent time with friends and family on this trip and it went by so quickly!
whenever i come back to LA, i do sometimes feel like i'm missing out on exciting things in NYC, but as soon as i landed those fears disappeared. i'm trying to give myself less pressure on making new relationships quickly or living that "ideal" busy nyc life full of friends, work, and beli. being home in LA gives me a break and lets me live that relaxing, slow-paced but fun life I'm used to and crave sometimes. in general, it's always overstimulating to live in a bustling city like NYC, so i'm thankful i'm able to have the best of both worlds.
this vlog can get super random because it's basically just a montage of everything i ate and did, but regardless, i hope you enjoy the video ~~

thank you!! 🤗 i ate sooo much food on this trip! they’re from gentle monster hehe and i wear them soo often. the food at erewhon was surprisingly pretty good!! definitely overhyped on social media but i’d recommend trying it at least once!! the buffalo cauliflower and the crispy rice spicy tuna sandwich were my favs! i’d also get the coconut cloud over the hailey bieber strawberry glaze smoothie (it was just a bit too sweet for me)!! i miss LA!! 😭🌴

unfortunately LA isn’t a very walkable city 😭 buuut that doesn’t mean you can’t explore! i would recommend taking an uber to one area of the city and staying there for the day to save time/money! people also use the metro system, but i personally haven’t tried it!!
