Happy Halloween everyone! Obviously had to make a cover of the best Halloween song there is. I put this together at the last minute, but I couldn't resist an excuse to record this song.

If you're getting instruments for $200, then they are most likely complete garbage, lol.
And you shouldn't really buy instruments off of eBay if your actually serious about music. If you're just a kid who has music as a hobby, and you just want to play at home, then, I guess that's fine. But not for $200

Quality, looks/design, what its made of, how much it costs to make, rarity, size/type, and what instrument it even is

I play Flute, and learning the notes is harder than most other instruments. On flute, the notes go HIGH above the staff. And it can be tricky to memorize the really high notes. And yeah, as a flute player, you have to change fingerings fast on a lot of music! So yeah, it is probably harder than most of the others. Have a nice day 😊

Haha no. Not it is not. Double reeds are the hardest of the woodwind family, especially oboe. It's a great instrument though. If you like it you should try to learn it!
I feel like it's harder to play at first getting used to blow wind through the tiny hole the reeds make, and it's sometimes hard to get a good sound since its out of tune a lot, but it's fun to play
it can be hard ,you just have to find the right reed it does get hard to blow depending on the reed also.

Bigalow45 It is very hard and it takes a while before you actually start to sound good but since you already play an instrument, it'll be a little bit easier. Oboes are also kinda high maintenance instruments, so keep that in mind. But you know, follow your dreams.
I can barley play bari well and this dude comes in and plays like 10 different instruments like nothing :(

Practice I'm in 9th grade I play piano, bari, alto, tenor, soprano, bass clarinet, Bb clarinet, BBb clarinet, EEb clarinet, tuba, accordion, ocarina, percussion, bass guitar, guitar, Ubass, and cello. Keep practicing

Joshua C. No shit. All I play is Bari sax and alto. Probably would be decent at tenor if I wanted. Something like soprano is too high for me. I don't even like the alto, it's too high in pitch for me.

PS those rapid arpegios/up down sliding patterns on clarient were stupendous. I'm working on something similar in one of my concert songs right now and it's quite tricky

If you want to sound great on oboe you need great, professionally made reeds. Store bought ones just don’t cut it. More than any other instrument, reeds are the most important thing for oboe.
