It kind of sounds like the fan blades are scraping or stuck…however bissell make the oddest noises when it comes to burn outs..so who knows. I fix vacuums as a hobby and still haven’t encountered a bissell mainly because here in Australia people are either with brands you can never find photos or parts online, or these are just some cheap or really old model.

@@Ca31_BuffThere was dust but some smoke after I turned it off, a small amount however. The machine smelt super bad and I didn't want it the fuck up the breaker so I just shut it off and tossed it after this video
