The Fairy

We've had this strange little thing darting about various cameras for years now. Yeah, I know, probably a bug... but it seems to appear out of solid objects and fly into solid objects quite often. It's my brother that almost always sees it, and he believes it's some sort of elemental (a fey spirit) tied to him. I'm not in disagreement, but know that skeptics will easily dismiss it. Again, the cat makes an appearance just moments after this passes through.
It is important to mention that Lorraine and Ed Warren, renowned paranormal investigators, strongly religious in their approach, believed in the existence of elemental or fey or fairy type spirits (nature spirits), that were neither wholly good nor evil (they are reflective of nature in all its moody aspects). Moreover, nature spirits are part of folklore across cultures, mainly in ancient and elder times, and held to be real beings among modern Wiccans and other nature-based religio/spiritual paths. The gods of most ancient cultures were rooted in nature - earth, air, fire, water, trees and other plants, even odd stone formations or hills (place spirits). There was an orchard here for decades before houses were built in this part of town, and still remnants of that orchard remain.
In truth many things we see are perhaps totally normal and natural, but it is also perhaps true that unseen intelligences can manipulate the natural to produce apparent phenomenon as a way of reaching out to those who are reaching for them.

Want to note, in our little prayer room (left of door), we have a lengthy mirror mounted on the wall; like all things in our prayer area it is consecrated... but we keep it covered most of the time. It is used for meditation purposes.
